Works really well and it's a relief not having wires anymore! The item arrives with extra earbud covers of different sizes. The small ones come attached to the device. Those were a little small for my ears, so I changed to the medium sized ones and that was better. Changing them requires delicate handling though because the rubber's pretty tight for fitting over the ... naked ear-bud?. (Not sure what that's called.) But the earphones work pretty well overall. The range is about 25-30 feet. I'm not sure how that compares to other Bluetooth devices. My phone also didn't have any trouble identifying and connecting with it, so set up was pretty easy. It's nice that it tells you, as it powers on, whether it's connected or not. It automatically connects to the device it's most recently been connected to... if that's in range.

Update:After using them for a week and breaking them in, they actually sound MUCH better than my Bose AE2w. I've been using them while doing my Service Routes and made working in the pouring rain much much more durable. Very nice Bass, nice vocals and after using them for a couple of days I can even hear the background instruments pretty clearly. Lastly, so far they've been averaging about almost 12 hours for me on med-high volume. And about 9.5-10hours with making several calls to customers.Love them so far! I purchased two of these Neckband Headphones, one for Work and one for Working Out. I previously purchased the COULAX QY8 about a year ago and love them but didn't like how often they fell out when wearing a Hoodie or Jacket. Especially because my ears are a bit of an odd size so it's hard to find an In-Ear Headphone that will stay into my ears. But with the ear clips that come with these headphones they haven't fell out once while doing some cross-country running sessions and warm ups. I also love how easy it is to change the volume which I find great for when I need to Pause or Quickly lower the Volume when someone tries to talk to me (in person). Also the sound is great and very filling, it really performs well in drowning out background noises when talking to someone (via mobile). Lastly, very appreciative with how quick they came in the mail; pretty much next day since I ordered them Friday evening.With these my COULAX QY8 can be switched to casual headphones, my Bose AE2w can be my TV/Video headphones (when I wanna listen loudly late at night) and my Beats PowerBeats can go in the trash (I'll give it away to a relative).

The left earpiece came loose after only a couple of weeks and I thought the range was a bit limited. I initially gave the product 3 stars, but because of the great customer service I received, I am going to 5 stars. The company responded quickly to the problem and were great about taking care of it. They requested an upgrade to the rating, which I agreed to. Except for the earpiece problem, the product is a good deal for the price.

This is my second pair of these head phones. The first pair I had was the black/grey ones and I enjoyed having those, my teenage son borrowed them only to lay claim on them. Which in turn forced me to look for another set of headphones, when I found these in red and I fell in love with the color. The sound quality is great and they fit perfectly. They are easy to set up and connect to your devices, I currently have mine connected to my phone and tablet. I can leave my devices upstairs and go downstairs with the headphones without any interruptions. I'm sorry that I can't give you a total distance for connectivity. They are not totally noise cancelling but they cancel out enough background sounds and voices to where I don't have to turn up the volume too much and can listen comfortably to my music. Although I bought them primarily to listen to music and watch movies with, I have used them to answer phone calls as well and I have no issues there as far as sound quality. I would recommend these headphones to anyone who is in search of good quality Bluetooth headphones without having to spend an arm and a leg.

They do the trick at a cheap price. They tend to fall off when I do sit-ups and push-ups, but on the treadmill and elliptical they work fine. Although it connects to 2 devices, switching back and forth on the iPhone requires me to go into my settings and recconect the device. Also, I've used them for months and they stay coiled from the way it was packaged. It doesn't look like the picture.

Love these! The sound is great and so far the bluetooth connection seems fine, although I rarely have my iPod or other sound source very far away. They seem to fit me perfectly with the earpieces that come already attached, but they also come with a few different sizes so they're bound to fit anyone. I love how they stay on your head no matter what you do. I think they'd stay on even if you were skydiving, lol

This is the second set I bought. The first set did not hold a charge. I fiddled with it for a month and the return date had past. When it worked it worked well, so I figured I'd bye a second set given the good price and I hoped the second set would not have that problem. Turns out it had the exact same problem but took 2 weeks to get stop working. Returned the 2nd set for a refund. I wouldn't recommend you buy them.

I can't even tell you how they sound yet. They came with no instructions. I had to look on here to see how to connect them to my phone. It also says the ear pieces rotate but I can't get them to. I'm afraid if I use anymore force to try and turn them I'll snap the pieces completely off. Can't get them adjusted to sit even remotely comfortable in my ears yet. Hopefully I'll figure this out without breaking them so I can actually see how they feel. Oh, also the wire between the headphone always wants to loop up so it's hard to get them to stay stretched out behind my head. They constantly want to pull back together.
