Excellent alternative to tablets
This product was recommended to me by a regular user as an alternative to tablets which I am unable to take as they upset my stomach. I had Vitamin D deficiency and required a high dose initially to increase my levels. My energy levels have really improved. Prior to using this product I had developed psoriasis/dermatitis lesions on my hands and legs (I'm 57 and never had these before) I have tried several prescribed and over the counter creams to treat these which did not work. I did some research and found a link between Vitamin D deficiency and psoriasis. My Vitamin D levels are back up to normal now and the lesions are fading for the first time in 4 months. This product is so easy to use and the taste is fine, in fact I kind of like it now, I suppose its because I know it works and my usual aggravating stomach does not notice! I'm so pleased and have already recommended it to my family and friends. Well worth the money.

I have been using this product for a while now, it has quite a distinct taste which may take some getting used to. I particularly like the black seed oil ingredient as it boasts lots of nutritional benefits. I do feel the product it is pricey and the price has increased several times of late. I hope the seller will take affordability into account, given that the cost of living for essential items is rising, in order to retain their customer base.

As someone who rarely goes outdoors I knew I needed to take a vitamin D supplement so I did a bit of research and came across this brand. I'm impressed by the quality of the ingredients and how easy it is to take. I'll have it with my breakfast or lunch, five drops on the spoon or knife and lick it off, they dissolve so no need to swallow. Yes, they can taste a little peppery but it's over in a second and for me leaves no aftertaste. Only downside is that they have to be kept refrigerated once opened so its difficult to take them away with me. As each one lasts 6 months I think this makes it really good value for money for such excellent top quality ingredients. I've just started my third one and will continue to purchase. Thank you!

Disgusting taste.
Possibly really good, but I find it unusable due the the disgusting after taste. Truly awful.
