We've remodeled a lot of bathrooms. For our new master bathroom we used this set up (with 15937001) and it works great! Easy to operate, I never confuse temperature with volume, easy to turn on/off... And looks great!! Highly recommended

Dear Amazon,This product is beautifully engineered,I purchased the Large Puravida Shower head with 15" arm, the elegant tub spout and the controls, all in white and chrome.However, my contractor could not locate the set screw for the large Hansgroghe temperature knob. It was definitey not in the package. Would someone from Amazon please follow through on this and call me, or send me the set screw?For $350.00 I do expect the set screw to be included, otherwise the knob comes right off.Thank you for your attention to this small detail!Patricia Buck12-4-13. Well, they sent the set screw.It doesn't lock anything on the knob.Can Hansgrohe German engineers explain this?

I purchased entire Hansgrohe shower system. 3 control units, 2 hand helds and a rain shower for large shower and steam room.Products are cheap. They look nice but all plastic for the most part. Items are grossly overpriced and You can get the similar for MUCH less money. Dont get fooled by the website. I would have returned them except for my ibox controlers were already installed (plumber recommended). I should have done my research.I emailed the company twice to ask few questions and received no response.

The screws were missing. Give your project ample time for all these trivial issues

Sent it back. Cheap plastic back. Invested in the better built Axor.
