Q: are you supposed to put this on and rinse it out later?...or do you leave it in?

I believe it depends on the type of pet you are using this product on. I dilute the conditioner as suggested on the container. I thereafter dilute it further in a hot bath and place my Maltese in the bath for 10-20 minutes or until the water no longer is warm. After the bath, I shampoo my Maltese again and rinse. I do not like to leave the conditioner in, as it makes the coat flat, oily, and unattractive.

Bio Groom Super Cream Coat Conditioner Concentrate for dogs and cats. You use it like any other conditioner its just heavier cream
