Great Headset
First, I want to give Amazon kudos for their customer service. I ordered this headset moments before the cutoff for overnight delivery. I knew I was cutting it close. Unfortunately, the headphones didn't arrive overnight (which was a disappointment), but one quick email later and Amazon reimbursed me the $3.99 shipping fee. No squabbling, no debate. Just a simple, polite, and apologetic response. Good job. Now, the product review. Overall, I'm very pleased with this headset.Setup was a snap. Plug them in and they work. The sound quality is good for a lightweight set. I'm no audiophile, so you may have higher expectations, but they sound good to me. They have strong volume; so much so, that I found myself having to keep them on almost the lowest setting. This was simple with the easy to use adjustments on the earpiece. They are comfortable to wear. I have worn them for upwards of three hours at a time without any problems. That said, however, they are not as comfortable as some other headsets with more padding. The range is good. I can wear them all over the house without any lose of signal. The only time I experienced any static was when I was downstairs (my computer is upstairs) and I bounced around with them on (I was picking up the cotton pieces my dog shredded and scattered all over the floor. Argh!).The mic picked up my voice perfectly. VOIP callers said I sounded wonderful. The only complaint I have probably has more to do with VOIP than with the headset. There were noticeable latency issues the day I was trying the headset. This was probably due to internet congestion and connection speed issues. I'll experiment further and update this review when I have more information.I used this headset with Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 and was amazed at the near perfect error rate. I saw no degradation in quality from my usual wireless mic; which costs almost three times as much and doesn't have earphones. If you do lots of voice recognition work, you'll love this headset. Don't waste your money on more expensive mics.Again, I am very pleased with this headset and would highly recommend it.

Serviceable, but disappointing
I was rather disappointed at this headset; true, it's wireless, easy to use (as any Logitech device, mouse, keyboard or headphone) and the build quality was better than anticipated (though, for 100 USD, its a bit flimsy, but that's due to its behind the head design). The long and short of it:Pros:- easy to use, 0 setup- adjustable- build quality is relatively good, no issues noted- range is excellent, especially compared to bluetooth. I could actually leave my desk and get something from the fridge and come back without the sound breaking up.- sound quality is way better than a bluetooth headset- mic turns on and off if it gets deployed or folded back. Real nifty feature.Cons:- interference: unlike bluetooth, i occasionally hear static. This might be due to environmental factors, but I don't have any nearby wireless devices, other than my mobile phone (and I don't get to hear the usual weird sound you get when you place your phone too near cables while its wireless connection is active, say, when receiving text or downloading). It's really strange- fit: is a bit bad for me, it's hit or miss for behind the head headphones and this one is a near miss, or a near hit. It can be uncomfortable at times, but adjusting will sort things out... until you take it off and wear it again- battery charging is odd: i never could get a full green light while charging, in fact, I don't understand how its charging system goes. I left it charging overnight and it's still charging the following day. I'm not sure if its just me, but I've never had to deal with 'odd' charging states whilst using other wireless rechargeable devices. As it is, I was never able to fully test how long a full charge lasts, since I could not stand wearing it for a long time (>2 hours) and I'm not sure about the battery state.Verdict:Try before you buy: there are things to love and things to dislike. I think that if you're looking for wireless headsets, the Logitech ones are a good choice, but you might want to consider their other wireless headsets as they might be more comfy (and they cost the same as well). As it is, this is a solid product worth considering.
