Properly hot and not pure vinegar!
I love hot sauces, but I am not a fan of ones where you can taste nothing but heat and vinegar. More flavorful sauces are often not hot enough. This has a lovely sweet flavour AND a decent heat, despite being only habanero, which is usually quite crap heat-wise in many sauces. Fantastic dipping sauce, which leads to my only complaint - bottle not near big enough!

The Perfect Combo of Heat & Sweet
This is definitely one of the best hot sauces I've ever tried. Definitely on the hotter side, though! This isn't something I'd recommend dousing your favourite food in, not unless you want to be breathing fire throughout your meal. Pop some in a small dish on the side and I've found it perfect for dipping when you want that extra kick of sweet heat for your burger, chicken, fish, or fries. Tasty, flavourful and a whole lot of spice. Grab yourself a bottle, you won't regret it.

The Best!
I normally make my own maple hot ketchup but thought I'd give this a go and I'm not disappointed!!Perfect mix of sweet (not sickly) tangy, hot and smoky. I'm super impressed with how spicy hot it is so you don't need much.For those who can't take heat you might want to pass on this one or dilute it with some tomato puree.Huge thumbs up from me! 😋😋😋

Top class sauce, great brand, reasonable price. Really great flavour to this sauce, very hot but the flavour outweighs the heat unlike less reputable brands who just try to invent liquid fire

Sweet with a kick
This was bought to add a little something different to my burgers/BBQ needs. I found the sauce to have a lovely maple sweet flavour and followed by a heat that is not too violent for someone who is unsure about spice. The spice does wear off quickly leaving a lovely maple aftertaste

bellissimo!
i’ve almostfinished my bottle in two weeks of receiving it, that’s how good it is! it has a very hot kick but the maple sweetness balanced it out wonderfully. can’t wait to stock up again!
