I took these for a month, and my cholesterol decreased only slightly, I will give it a few more months, to see if the trend continues downward. It does not add an after taste to the water.

It’s a good product. I personally don’t feel much of the difference, but I’m coming off the backside of a total mastectomy. It may take some time before I feel the effect.

I've always been a bit of a skeptic when it comes to these "magic pills," but the promise of a mental tune-up was enough to get me to try Drink HRW Rejuvenating Molecular Pills. The name itself sounds like it was invented by a mad scientist, and I'm here for it. Let's just say, these aren't your average vitamins. ​First off, they call 'em "magnesium hydrogen pills." I don't know what kind of sorcery is happening in that bottle, but the moment I dropped one of those tablets into my water, it was like a tiny, fizzy science fair project was happening in my glass. The instructions say it's all about that "hydrogen release," and my water turned into a bubbling, effervescent concoction. ​Right away, I felt an almost immediate change in my hydration. My usual afternoon slump felt less like a full-on crash and more like a gentle deceleration. It's hard to explain, but my water just felt... "wetter"? Yeah, that's it. It’s like my cells were finally getting a five-star hydration treatment.

I really like it. Seems to give me a little energy alternative to caffeine.

This item is a massively overpriced fizzy. The unflavored tastes like chalk; it's really very difficult to drink. And if you wait until the entire thing is dissolved, you've lost most of the effect. NOT RECOMMENDED

Trust the product. A little pricey if you’re going to take twice a day.

Even though I can't lab test the PPM of molecular hydrogen myself, I'm trusting in the company's information. Drop in 1 tab to a bottle of water (500ml) and wait until dissolved. Drink immediately after (put it down quick don't sip on it) as to not loose the hydrogen gas created by the chemical reaction. Don't shake the bottle, let it do it's thing. My son loves watching the tabs as they start blasting hydrogen gas into the water immediately and are super bubbly. No taste either, just like drinking plain water. Not sure of the safety for a 7 year old to consume a whole bottle himself, however, AI let him drink 1/4 the amount as he is 54lbs and I'm 194lbs. This lower amount won't hurt him and the antioxidants that he gets from this are incredible! Will be able to see the whole effects over time and after heavy duty physical labor or a heavy workout.

Been using daily for couple of weeks. Quick fizz, strong hydrogen cloud, clean unflavoured taste with just a light mineral note. After a couple weeks: steadier energy, better workout recovery, slightly less afternoon fog. Nothing dramatic, but the benefits feel real and build with consistency. Pricey, drink immediately for max effect, mild stomach adjustment at first. Still solid and science-backed.
