I took these for a month, and my cholesterol decreased only slightly, I will give it a few more months, to see if the trend continues downward. It does not add an after taste to the water.

This product worked well for me, I definitely noticed more clarity and less pain. I would definitely use again and recommend 👌🏽

I'm unsure of what I was expecting but the tablet didn't fizz like an alka seltzer and took a while to dissolve. It is early days and I will likely submit another review at a later stage

I’ve been using it for approximately two months. In the beginning, I did feel clearheaded and a little bit of energy. As time progressed. I didn’t feel any other revelations about how I feel. As I near the bottom of a 60 count bottle I find that the tablets are not emitting enough hydrogen. Water is almost clear. I will purchase again and hopefully the quality control will improve.

I have been buying these for months and have been loving them. In my most recent bottle, it seems like they must have changed their product because the seem extremely ineffective. And I have seen a lot of other reviews saying this. The water looks clear after it dissolves as if nothing is even in the water. They must have cheaped out on their ingredients. I reached out to them about it and they never responded. I will definitely be finding a new company to buy from and highly recommend people don’t waste their money on these.

Even though I can't lab test the PPM of molecular hydrogen myself, I'm trusting in the company's information. Drop in 1 tab to a bottle of water (500ml) and wait until dissolved. Drink immediately after (put it down quick don't sip on it) as to not loose the hydrogen gas created by the chemical reaction. Don't shake the bottle, let it do it's thing. My son loves watching the tabs as they start blasting hydrogen gas into the water immediately and are super bubbly. No taste either, just like drinking plain water. Not sure of the safety for a 7 year old to consume a whole bottle himself, however, AI let him drink 1/4 the amount as he is 54lbs and I'm 194lbs. This lower amount won't hurt him and the antioxidants that he gets from this are incredible! Will be able to see the whole effects over time and after heavy duty physical labor or a heavy workout.

After a couple weeks: steadier energy, better workout recovery, slightly less afternoon fog. Nothing dramatic, but the benefits feel real and build with consistency. Pricey, drink immediately for max effect, mild stomach adjustment at first. Still solid and science-backed.
