The best for hot flashes!
I don’t say this lightly.I’ve tried every hot flash meditation that is on the market.This one is by far the only that has really helped.I rarely get them now and when I do they’re not as intense as my hot flashes used to be. I highly recommend this to anyone that suffers from hot flashes!!

Pleasantly surprised. I am really struggling with hot flashes. I work outside in Florida, so it’s HOT! The heat brings on more hot flashes. I have been leaving work with my hair completely soaked like I just got out of the shower. Today was extremely warm and I worked hard, my hair was a little damp by my forehead and back of my neck but mostly dry. I have just been wearing it in a pony tail just because it would make me so mad to style it and have to put it up an hour after getting to work because it so wet it would just fall flat. Also noticed I’m not waking up sweaty at night which was a regular occurrence. Haven’t even finished but about a third of the bottle so far so it may even get better. Very impressed!

Wish it worked for me
This came highly recommended by a friend who prefers natural options vs medication and I prefer that too. After reading many reviews I was so hopeful I would've found my hot flash cure. I took this faithfully for a few weeks (as some reviews here and on other websites mentioned it took a few weeks to kick in) and unfortunately nothing. The hot flashes are off the charts. I'm so jealous of the others who noticed differences right away. Glad it worked for them but sad it didn't for me. Going to look into some other natural options. 3 Stars for the fact it didn't taste bad, easy to swallow.
