You can adjust the highest of pillow
One of the best pillows I've ever bought! I have nick pain as I work for 8 hours before my PC. I also have slipped nick disk and when I bought this I didn't like it for the 1st night then, I removed one layer and here you go! Very comfortable Its been a week now since I bought and I do recommend trying it

The item I received is definitely not UTTU and does not match the description. Height is not adjustable, and foam has a strong smell to it.

The best treatment for neck pain
I had neck pain for more than three years, and I knew the reason was an unsuitable pillow. I tried many different pillows, but after buying this one and using it for two months, I honestly can’t believe I no longer have neck pain.
