Thank you for your inquiry. We do have a DC Speed Controller - Model: AC-26-30 (Amazon ASIN: B07MHKR883) that you can use to adjust the speed from its maximum rated to zero.

Q: Can hall effect sensors be added to this product?

The PA-06 has an extended length of 11.87 inches if you select the 2" model and an extended length of 15.87 inches if you purchase the 4" model. Depending on how much space you have to work with, you may need to modify your existing mounting locations to adapt this actuator to fit.
