Ergonomic Mouse, High Precision Optical Vertical Mouse Adjustable DPI 800/1200 / 1600 Wired Computer Mouse (by Sharkk)

I was skeptical and only bought it initially because of price and to try. Ive been getting wrist pains due to constant computer/mouse use.The size fits my hand almost perfectly (i would say i have a 6 inches palm and middle finger length).The way it is designed allows my hand to rest comfortably. The hand sits wrapping most of the mouse (like a joystick, but more ergonomic)Buttons are where you expect them, however for me it took me a couple of hours to get use to it so i could use without remembering.Before i decided to go with this one, i looked up similar mice to determine appropriate price range and expected DPS/buttons configurations, and this one was right there in the middle of it all. So the price swayed me into buying, and i do not regret it.I would recommend this product to anyone attempting to relieve stress from wrist and looking for a better fit.**Update 07/18/2016**I have been using this product at work everyday since i received it. A couple of days ago due to unforeseen circumstances i had to switch temporarily to and previous gamer mouse i used to use, and I noticed the difference right away. My hand has become used to the new position which is by far more comfortable and natural. The feel of this mouse in the hand makes my normal day of computer use healthier for my wrists and fingers. I dont think i will be able to go back to a regular mouse (for work and routine use).Great product will buy again.

I got this mouse from Sharkk during an Amazon lightning deal and liked it so much I bought 2 more.It took a little bit to adjust to the different feel, the left and right buttons take a little more effort to click than I am used to, possibly because I don't have gravity working in my favor with the sideways angle.Things I love about it are that it is much easier on my wrist, as a graphic designer I use a mouse ALL the time and at the end of the day I can usually feel a bit of the strain on my bones but haven't been noticing it with the Sharkk design.I also like the bonus features, Forward/Backward thumb buttons and the DPI adjuster button - love them all and use them often.One thing I've found that could stand a little improvement is the scroll wheel. The wheel itself is fine but the space between the wheel and the buttons is a little sharp. I find it scratching my finger every time I scroll with it and it eventually starts to sting.Overall an awesome product and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who uses a mouse for long periods.

First - the product description isn't exactly what you get. It is a two dpi setting, not three. I think the three dpi device is the wireless version. Also, the mouse is labeled "Sharkk Basics". No matter, this is a very good mouse for the price. Takes a little getting used to, but I've found it to be very comfortable and I like the added functionality of the dpi settings button, depending on what you are doing, and the forward/back buttons are more handy than I thought they'd be for web browsing. Different apps treat them differently, OneNote uses them for changing notebooks quickly. Having just the two dpi settings is fine - fast or slow. Having three might even be annoying. I like being able to navigate the whole screen with short throws of the mouse, but when that becomes annoying for finer work, just touch the dpi switch to slow it down. I do sometimes knock the mouse with my hand when reaching for it from the keyboard, but duh, it's a vertical mouse. I'll get used to that. 'Lefties" need not apply, but I'm right handed. No special drivers on a PC - just plug it in.The mouse could have been a tad weightier maybe, but overall I'm impressed with this mouse. Very well designed and put together. Not a high end gaming mouse but doesn't claim to be. Even if you think you may want to just try a vertical mouse before investing in a higher end one, this would be a good purchase at this price. Would still be a good backup or second mouse. I may get one for work.

At first I was skeptical, an ergonomic shark looking fin mouse? However, to my surprise it's fantastic! For an everyday heavy mouse user, whether it is looking through auto cad drawings, surfing the internet, or doing forms online, it's fantastic! However, since I have small hands, I tend to need a mouse pad with wrist support. A great point is no driver is needed because the smart people at Sharkk has it loaded into the mouse firmware, so how of the box it worked. I used it on Linux machines and my PCs. It will take a few days till you get used to it, because we have been trained to use flat mice. But once you try it, I a sure that you will never look back. The only issue, that I have run into, is my left mouse button has gotten stuck down a few times, but I haven't had any other issues. I wish the center mouse scroll button has a clutch and scrolled faster. A few notes is the size is awkward, it tends to be interesting to try to pack unlike conventional mice, but overall the mouse is very comfortable to use as as a desk mouse, it's /awesome/.
