I'm a science teacher and I use this for my Earth Science eccentricity of orbit lab and they performed very well. Students don't seem to have an issue reading or using the calculator, so it works well. The only drawback is that it is not solar. But so far, after many uses battery has not been an issue.

Great little calculators. The reason why I like these calculators is because the buttons are a hard plastic. I find that when the number buttons are the flexible rubber, they tend to stick and the calculator doesn't last as long. These calculators do not have solar power, so when the battery is gone, it is probably cheaper to just get new calculators instead of replacing the batter. I use these in class (college actually) for the students who "forgot" there calculator for a test (the equations we use do not require a scientific calculator). If these last me for one year, I will be please.

They function great. Very light weight. Good price I would not buy them again for a classroom because they are easily broken when a child has a tantrum. They are fine for mature teens or adults.

Very satisfied with my product. They are an excellent addition to any classroom, very durable and reliable. They help the students to practice while preparing for the state examination assessments. I highly recommend them.

I use them in class for students with accommodations. They work pretty good. I have no complaints. They are kinda on the small side, but good for small hands. I wouldn't recommend for high school.

These small calculators work great for our work centers.

My chemistry students used these during their exam instead of their cellphones, and they worked fine. Can't ask for more than that.

I've had a couple of these calculators around the house for quite a few years. A calculator (from another company) just quit on me and I chose these Sharp calculators as replacements since I know them and never had any problems. Then I saw this 10-pack box at a very good price and I thought they could be a nifty little item as a stocking stuffer for Christmas, so bought a whole box. I just tested all 10 and they all work just fine. I'll keep two and distribute the rest.Now, it not a very fancy calculator but it does all basic functions perfectly and reliably, including % which I use a lot.So, in conclusion, basic calculator, reliable, solid, durable. I recommend it.
