Add two-three of these ancho chilis from Mexico to your bean soup--amazing flavor!
First, break open the chilis, and remove the seeds (discard the seeds). Then, soak the chilis in warm water; once they have softened, blenderize the chilis, along with the soaking liquid, and add to your bean soup!So glad to purchase these chilis, directly from Mexico!

Awesome sauce, literally.
Absolutely great, I cooked them up and made an Ancho chili paste, then froze them in ice cube trays for even portions. I will be ordering more chilies for Molè y Pollo, y arroz.

MOTHS!!!
It took me a while to figure out where the moths were coming from out of my spice cabinet. At night I'd see moths flying around and every time I opened up my cabinet a moth would fly out. Finally started to pull bags out and 3 out of these 4 bags were infested with moths! Gross. Had to throw them all away. Luckily they didn't infest any of my other bags of chiles I had in the cabinet.
