What are the measurements?

sleep innovations is 5" X 20'' x 15" for the regular and 5"x 24"x 15" for the queen size

Some reviews say this pillow is not as firm or thick as earlier ones. Has anyone purchased this in the past few months? Quality?

I first purchased this pillow in 2012. Since then I purchased this pillow several times over the years for family members. They all loved it. I last purchased the pillow in 2019 for myself. I found the new pillow was exactly the same as my old one that had lasted for years. It is 2021 and I am still very happy with my sleep innovations contour cervical support pillow. In my experience it has not changed.

I saw that some people said it wasn't as firm. How does it compare to a temper pedic?

This pillow is not as firm as Tempur-pedic's material. Tempur-pedic material is very dense.
