Official Star Wars The Mandalorian ‘Baby Yoda/The Child’ 3D Christmas Decoration/Ornament, NS2440

I am a man of many passions. Star Wars is one of them and of course, Christmas baubles is a good second. This ‘The Child’ decoration combines both so it deserves a proper place in our very full and colourful Christmas tree.I found this a relatively expensive decoration for what it is. Even though we have far more exotic and more expensive baubles. This Child decoration is as I expected, a bit plasticy and although the sculpt is detailed, the paint job is a monotonous. Having said that it is not fragile and can therefore withstand over-enthusiastic children’s hands. It arrived in a padded envelope, which demonstrates its sturdiness.So we have a massive amount of frivolous, colourful baubles and Christmas decorations, all in a bit of a classic, semi-Victorian style. That combined lead to a very full, but impressive and cheerful Christmas tree. The Child, although colourful, doesn’t really match the rest of the style yet still it will sit in there somewhat as a subtle surprise.

Really good quality and it comes with it's own string! "The child" took pride of place on our tree this year and will do for many years to come.

It’s a bit pricey for a Christmas tree decoration.

Took a little while to come but it is so worth it. It is a high quality, detailed item which looks fabulous hanging from our tree. A must for Mandalorian fans!
