Works just fine
I put it on a 2013 Road King along with a K&N stage 2 air cleaner and Vance & Hines pro chrome 2 into 1 non cat pipes. It was easy to install, the software was fairly straight forward. The windows only made me go digging for a old pc I had in storage.......I'm getting 33 mpg on 10% ethanol 91 octane fuel. Thats worse than stock, but my pipes aren't blue and I have a noticeable amount of power increase.I don't really whip on my bike but the speed limit on all of the roads where I live is 60-70mph and there is usually a strong wind of some sort. You can idle one direction and be over 1/2 throttle all the way coming back.I'm happy with it.Cams are next.......

Better than an add-on system, pays for itself after a couple upgrades.
Love the ability to control all engine parameters myself via the laptop. With my first map selection after SE Ventilator and Fuelmoto ceramic coated headpipe I was getting 36 MPG on the highway. I went in and tweaked the cruising AFR to 13.9 (which is still richer than stock), and I was able to match a buddy's stock 2013 Ultra at 40 MPG during our trip to Sturgis. Just upgraded to Andrews 57H cams, HUGE upgrade. Called the local dealer, and was told they charge $350 for a dyno tune after a cam install. Not necessary with this baby. Love it. As a bonus, I was able to easily adjust my speedometer to match my GPS speed with a few clicks. I would not recommend it if you're going to leave your bike stock.

just poor judgement on my part
Even though I purchased this item and then returned it - it was no fault of the product, just poor judgement on my part. I listened to my Harley Mech and stayed with the Screaming Eagle Turner. So should of just kept it and installed it myself exspecailly with all the engine upgrade I plan on doing - these tuners are the best in the industry and I had also planned ot buy a cheap small laptop that I could of dedicated to just my Harley to new tunes. The price is right, it shipped fast and customer service is excellent not to mention all the youtube videos this company has posted to help GQ public install and tune. Its well worth the money.

If you want the best ECM upgrade for your Harley look no further
I chose the Zippers ThunderMax ECM with Auto-Tune Closed Loop System part #309-362 for my 2009 Harley Road Glide when I upgraded to an S & S gear driven cam and an Arlen Ness Big Sucker air filter with the American Custom refitted stock slip-on mufflers. Replacing the stock ECM was straightforward. Installing was as easy as following the provided directions as was programming the unit. We installed a base map with the given upgrades and it ran well. But everytime I start the bike adjustments are made to the A/F ratio in both cylinders and the timing throughout the powerband. Every ride I take it performs better than it did the last time. The bike rides like it has a 20% power increase and the mileage has improved as well.

By for the best ECM. I put this on 2013 Limited after removing V&H Fuel Pack. It is user friendly with changeable parameters. My bike runs better from idol to 6000 RPM then ever before.

Auto tune
Installed thundermax auto tune on my street 2011, 103motor. With Ness stage 11 big sucker and Akrapovic 2-1, fired it up almost had tears in my eyes(happiness). Check engine light on for 4 mins and the bike is a mean machine, couldn't be happier.

Had many dyno tunes done at the local Harley dealer; wasted cash. The bike now runs better than it ever has.

Great Item
I would highly recommend the ThunderMax TBW ECM to any Harley Davidson owner. It works far better than my expectation.
