Spigen Liquid Crystal Designed for Samsung Galaxy S7 Case (2016) - Crystal Clear

I pre-ordered my S7 and received it earlier than expected. It's a gorgeous phone and needless to say, I obsessed about how to find a case that would protect it while adding minimal size and maintaining the sleek feel and form factor. The phone is too new for there to be many "actual" reviews, with most referencing previous models or saying it looked good, but without actually installing it on the phone. I have only had this case in action for 3 full days but I can say without reservation that I am impressed. It's a case, so there's not much to say, but here's what I like:* It is clear without looking cheap, and it lets the full beauty of the S7 shine through* It is molded to perfectly follow the subtle curve of the back, so it feels great in my hand* It's flexible and has a subtle gripiness - just enough to make it easier to hold, while still sliding effortlessly into my pocket* It covers just enough of the top edge of the phone to ensure impact resistance while still allowing me to use all of the touch screen easily* It's very snug, so I don't foresee any gaps along the long edges, even after prolonged useMy one minor gripe:* There is a very slight sharpness to the top edge, likely caused by the molding process. It is not uncomfortable or visible, but if I swipe my thumb across the screen and over the edge I feel itOverall, this is the best case I have had for any phone if the objective is to have great protection while adding absolutely no visual distraction to the phone and perfectly maintaining its form factor and feel.

Edit: I realize that others have had issues with the rubber getting discolored on this phone case, but I suppose this just is somewhat of a non issue to me? Mine has hardly gotten discolored and I've had it about 2 years I believe.The "Spigen Liquid Crystal..." model for absolutely any phone is just the way to go, hands down. Tried it on 4 different types of phones so far now and compared it to other kinds of minimalist cases and even compared it to the Otterbox Commuter cases.Overall, long story short:This case beats the pants off of every other phone case, and for a fraction of the price. Go hold an Otterbox Commuter case (not talking about Defender case, that one is for a different target audience) and you get a clunky brick in your pocket and get charged around $30 to totally ruin the look and design of the phone.Then, hold a phone in this case and you get a great design that you can barely see, while giving you a solid grip on the whole phone and stopping any damage from a lot of surprisingly harsh drops (can speak from experience). Even if it falls on its face, the lips is just enough to protect your screen. This case is more like a compliment to the curves of the original design (instead of feeling like you just took a beautiful flower and threw a big brown paper bag over it to keep it safe. Just kills the whole purpose of you liking the phone's aesthetics)Final words:It's crazy how well these work to protect the phone while being so minimal, and it looks premium at the same time. At a price point around $10, that is a hard mix of benefits to find without having some tacky looking design that ruins the look of your phone. Most places out there want to charge you $20-50 for a case that is functionally the same exact thing, and yet this design is just as good as any at keeping the sleek and premium look of the phone and showing off your phone's metallic backside.Pro Tip:You can also decide to put a picture, or even just press a leaf or something back behind the case to switch things up with your phone case. Give the case even more utility and doesn't cost you anything extra to customize it to your liking.

Almost perfect, fits great and offers good protections for everyday bumps. It's obviously not going to do much if you throw it across a parking lot but for the occasional knocking off the nightstand its perfect. No problems accessing any of the ports to plug in chargers or headphones and wireless charging works with the case on the phone. The only issue I have is since its clear you can really see the dust/dirt that finds its way in, not that big of a deal though just pop the phone out of the case and blow out the dust.I do love how thin and light the case is. There is hardly a difference using the phone with or without the case besides being quite a bit more grippy with the case on. Spigen may be my new favorite case brand.UPDATE: about 6 months in and the case has developed quite the yellow tint. It started turning yellow after about 4 months, it still functions just fine and all the positives I list above still apply but it just doesn't look as good as it did.

This case is amazing when it comes to protecting from scratches and comfort. I purchased this case being a fan of Spigen products and instantly fell in love with the look and feel of the case. It didn't pair very well with the LiQuidSkin screen protector I chose but that's not a fault of the case; because of the very snug fit on the phone, the case basically kept rising up the edges of the screen protector.My story gets sad proving just how protective and durable this case is; two weeks after purchase phone/case/screen protector upon returning to my home country my phone falls out my carry-on at the airport parking lot and I only discovered this when I arrive at home and cannot locate my phone. I retraced my steps back to the airport where I pulled into the parking lot only to find my phone wedged firmly under the wheel of a 4x4 pickup, only the top protruding. I located the owner of the vehicle and he carefully rolls the truck forward, I retrieve my phone to discover (as expected) a cracked display but the rest of the phone is untouched. There was no damage to the sides, nor the back (I was sure the body glass would have been damaged).Without a doubt this is one of the best cases I've used and would recommend it to anyone looking to not add bulk to their phone but protect from body damage.

Esta funda ha sido la funda acompañante de mi S7, desde que adquiri mi telefono, es perfecta ligera y estetica. Protege de maravilla el telefono ante caidas de uso normal (considero que con una caida fuerte podria fallar).Pros:-El precio es muy bueno a comparación de otras marcas-Spigen siempre demuestra perfecta calidad y estetica.Cons:-Despues de ya un año de uso se puede notar un tinte amarillento en la antes trasnparente funda.

Great fit, good quality and nice feel and has good protection. I won't buy any other make for my phones. I use the tough version for my work phone (engineer) and they've both been great.

After ordering another case that don’t fit and. that other galaxy s7 cases did not fit. We we’re happy to receive this one

Il y a également la coque Spigen [Rugged Armor] qui offre une qualité et une prise en main similaire. J'ai donc choisi de garder les 2 coques.Concernant ce produit, voici mes impressions :✅ La matière est agréable au touché, elle est toute lisse, toute douce amis adhère bien dans la main,✅ Les boutons sont réactifs (pas trop dur),✅ La protection des bords du téléphone est bien assuré,✅ Compatible avec les films de protection,Cette coque apporte une meilleure protection que les coques officielles Samsung qui propose qui protège très mal les angles et une protection sommaire des boutons latéraux.💰 Coté tarif, il est très correct. C'est clairement une vrai satisfaction de ce côté. 💰Cependant, même si le tarif avait été plus élevé, j'aurai choisi cette coque la compte tenu de ses points forts.Je suis donc très satisfait de ce produit. C'est parfait.Pour compléter la protection de votre téléphone, il faudra ajouter un film plastique sur l'écran mais pas de protection verre trempé car ils ne sont pas compatibles avec le S7 compte tenu de ses bords légèrement arrondi.
