Dr. MartensWomen's 1460 W Patent Leather Fashion Boot

I got these on a massive discount for a total of $54. Unbelievable. Claim this deal while you can- I stopped in DSW before ordering from Amazon and would’ve paid $160 + tax for these.Anyway, I’ve always worked in restaurants/bars and Dr. Martens are the perfect boot for the work- good grip (arguably nonslip although not advertised as such) and sturdy shoes. No such thing as stubbed toes, easy to clean, and last for years. They always take a week or so to break in, mind you. Can be worn any season, and they’re aesthetically versatile. My only complaint is that the patent leather squeaks- I hope this fades as the squeak is rather annoying and loud. The standard leather does not squeak, but I favor the patent leather’s look as it’s a bit more feminine imo.Runs true to size- I am size 8 and size 8 fits just right. I’ve narrow feet and find the shoe hugs my foot comfortably- I wouldn’t recommend this boot for anyone with wide feet. I still have a little room so I can wear wool socks with these in the winter for added warmth. Still, I wouldn’t size down. Shoe fits nice with all types of socks.Excited to see the patina develop on the patent leather, as these seem more durable than the standard leather.

Lightweight and cute, these are excellent for everyday wear. Skirts, pants, leggings, these boots look perfect with everything. Doc Martens have a reputation for blisters, but I haven't had any, and the size is as expected! These are so comfortable!

It took me about a month to finally break these shoes in but they haven't treated me badly since. Thick and long socks made my life so much easier during this period, but I love how shiny and durable the shoe is. I have never owned a pair of Doc Martens previously and love the style and fit of the shoe. Due to its thick sole, it is a bit clunkier than you would expect, but I think it just adds to the fun.

These are so comfortable I absolutely love them

These are very nice. I’m normally a size 9 but I bought a size 8 because Dr Martens always run large.I love them very much but are hard to walk in, they feel like snow boots where your ankles are locked in and it’s hard to move. Also, the right boot looks great, meanwhile the left boot has ripples in it. I didn’t want to send them back for such a minor issue but they definitely look different if you look close enough.They are super squeaky and loud so be prepared to put some grease on the tongue of the boots to make them more quiet.

Classic Docs- made in china of course, but perfect for what I want them for!

I like the way the look but the shoe laces are two different lengths. One of them is at least 2-3 inches shorter than the other. If I could get matching shoe laces that would be great. I don’t want that to be the reason I return them :( it’s a small issue but it def makes the deciding factor of how I can style them.
