Q: Is it 15” wide or front to back?

It's 10 inches wide and only 14 inches front to back. It won't work with a stand mixer because the mixer is too heavy, it does work with my Keurig coffee pot.

Q: I'd like to put on shelf - with laptop on it - and pull forward. Will it support laptop once pulled out of shelf?

It should pull the shelf with the laptop on top of it out ... we have currently a coffee pot sitting on it and it pulls out with ease. Hope that helps

Q: Will Ninja Foodi fit on this tray?

I don't have a Ninja Foodi so I am unsure if tray will work for you. The easiest way to find out is to find dimensions on the web for the Ninja Foodi and compare to tray dimensions. That's what I did. Amazing what you can find out by using the web.
