Bad vendor, disjointed parts and missing bolts
1. Vendor has not picked calls through days2. No support for assistance/ assembly was provided3. Furniture was not well packaged and was disjointed4. Bolts to join the parts were missing5. I have bought many items big and small from Amazon over the years- this has been a singularly disappointing vendor experience

Product is not as per specification/ 3D image
1.In 3 D image, back side is fully covered. But the actual product is back side open which may give entry to pests / mosquito/ insects etc. we normally use this trundle bed in night time and we feel unsafe / inconvenient.2. product wood is bended. in the long run it will damage the shape.

Not that great
While the look is good, material is not great. It’s supposed to sheesham wood but looks like it’s sheesham only in some percentage. The lower portion of the bed is not solid wood. I had received damaged product and I am still struggling with return or satisfactory from Amazon & seller.

An ok product for the price point
The trundle bed was exactly as shown in the photograph. I had to ask for a replacement because the first time it was delivered, it had a crack in it's leg and the boards were patched. The wood seems to be ok quality and the lathe turning for the circular surfaces finishing is average. The clamp material used in the joins is good and provides strong joints. The paint varnish has developed cracks where wood pieces join each other. Looks like a rushed deco job. Overall, this is an ok quality product for the price point.
