I have occasional bouts of seasonal allergies and was reading about how helpful nasal irrigation can be. Originally I was looking for a traditional neti pot but came across these alternatives for a fraction of the price (and it was a 2-pack).The saline packets that you add to the water make it very soothing and there is very little irritation whatsoever. It takes a few tries to get your head position right to where the water doesn't go down your throat, but once you get it, the water flows right through one nostril and out the other.The button on the top easily allows you to stop and start the flower of water without worrying about turning the bottle upright.The effect doesn't always feel immediate, but it does feel very cleansing to do a thorough nasal irrigation from time to time.

This works great, just check the push button valve on the bottom of the container to make sure it is closed and fill with lukewarm water then add one packet of the included nasal salt rinse to the container, shake it a bit and you are ready to go.I lean my head over the bathroom sink and align the nozzle to either nostril, holding the container vertically with the nozzle down the solution will drain out the other nostril. I do not squeeze the bottle and it usually takes about 1 minute to empty.This works really well to clean out both nostrils, it is not supposed to be used if you have excessive congestion as the solution may back up into your sinus cavity. It keeps my nostrils cleaned out for a long time, works great.

I got these after trying to use a regular Neti pot, and I’m so glad I switched! I have somewhat smaller nostrils and nose piercings so the normal pot was difficult to use, but this one is super easy and efficient! The only thing is that it comes with minimal instructions and safety information, so I would do some research online before using instead of just reading the instructions

Estoy muy contenta con este lavado nasal. Me resulta fácil de utilizar y muy práctico, y después de usarlo noto una buena sensación de limpieza y alivio nasal.El pack está muy bien porque vienen dos botellas y bastantes sobres de sal, así que tienes para bastante tiempo.Me ha gustado tanto que lo he recomendado a otras personas y, sin duda, volvería a comprarlo.
