Used these so much right after my c section they didn’t make me feel cold like regular ice packs did and they were so easy to use with the way they were flexible they stayed in places amazingly they fit really, relieved my pain almost immediately and they never ever leaked the entire 4 months I used them and still don’t with occasional use now

Great quality, and they were perfect for a recent surgery on the bum. I bought 2 packs to easily rotate so I always had a frozen pad for instant relief.

After my daughter had surgery, I think I bought every perineal ice pack Amazon had. I probably ordered four or five different brands trying to find what worked best. While these weren't bad, they weren't my favorite. I did like that they came with soft fabric covers, which made them much more comfortable against the skin. They were easy to freeze and easy to use, but they felt thinner than some of the other brands I tried. Because of that, they didn't seem to stay cold as long, so I found myself swapping them out more often. They still provided some pain relief, but compared to the other brand I purchased, these just didn't retain their temperature as well. They're decent, but if I had to buy them again, I'd choose my favorite brand instead.

Obviously this is TMI for many of you - but post vaginal delivery, I had a considerable amount of swelling, I would pop these in the freezer and then stick these on the outside of a thin pad and it was a good solution for icing. The ice packs are not super cold for more than like 10-15 minutes but that is fine. The 'padcicle' brands are expensive and kind of huge and bulky, so these were a great solution once I ran out of the giant hospital-grade pad + ice combo packs. Cheap and get the job done.

These were great for giving me a bit of relief after my C-section but once frozen, they weren’t easy to get in to the cover they came with. They also melted really quickly and had to be replaced often. I needed more than 2 cause there wasn’t enough time to freeze in between uses.

I buy this product for pospartum relief Definitely worth product, the cold last approximately 30 minutes more of the average of the regular cold pads wich lasts at least 10 minutes and for half of the price. Very easy to wash and the the cloth dry fast. The get cold very fast in the cooler, and you can reuse in other parts of the body. The material is soft and don't produce any rash or damage in the skin If I have a baby again definitely will use this product again. This is my fourth pregnancy and I wish I would have bought these sooner. I'm struggling with perineal swelling and needed something just like this to provide relief. The two-pack is perfect so that I can fall asleep with one and have a fresh pack to use in the morning. It's not super cold or uncomfortable, but just enough to provide relief. I won't go into detail here, but I also appreciate the removable and washable covers. If you're pregnant or postpartum, you need these!

I used these postpartum ice packs for recovery after a breast lift, and they worked well for managing early swelling and discomfort. They stay cold for a reasonable amount of time, and the gentle fabric covering keeps them from feeling too harsh on the skin. For my use, the fabric reduced direct contact a bit more than necessary, but the tradeoff was added comfort. They’re easy to position, easy to clean, and effective for targeted cooling. I would recommend them for anyone needing a soft, non-abrasive cold pack during recovery.
