Impressive Traction in the Snow
Very happy with my purchase. Three (3) arrived from one warehouse and one (1) from another warehouse. Had my local tire shop install them. We have had recent snow storms and ice. Great traction and performance in the snow, on the ice and the slush, not to mention on the dry pavement. These were put on a 2007 Toyota Avalon and with the front wheel drive, very happy with it. I have noticed it appears my mileage on the highway has decreased slightly. This is the 2nd set of these tires that I have purchased. I am very happy with them and will purchase them again. The other vehicle is an AWD vehicle. I recommend them very much.

2021 Camry LE fwd
If you're looking for fuel savings then you need to get real and accept you can't have both a high traction tire and great fuel economy. That's the way it is in the tire world... it always has been and always will be. The Crossclimate 2 is a heavy tire with lots of rolling resistance. Great for the snow, pretty good in the rain, but it won't net you crazy mileage. The fuel mileage will be less than whatever OEM tire came on the car, by 2mpg average. Anyone that tries saying -5mpg is citing extreme one-offs..... or they might be comparing extremely worn out tires to the Crossclimates.Yes, these are 3PMSF, Three Peak Mountain Snowflake rated.I bought a complete set of these to replace the stock Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 set that came on my 2021 Camry LE. Replaced the Ecopias at 35k miles because winter was about to kick in and the Crossclimate 2 tires were on sale.-The ride quality is a bit stiffer. I have the LE model which doesn't have the stiffer struts and springs like the SE model has. The Ecopias are a bit squishy and the Crossclimate 2's eliminated that. I find this to make the car a bit more stable for when I am going +70mph on the freeway.-Yes, you'll lose -2mpg over lighter, low rolling resistance tires like the Ecopias.-Handles rain and standing puddles better than the Ecopias. According to reviews, the Crossclimate 2 is supposed to be pretty good in the rain but not the best.-The dry and wet traction is decent. I notice the car wanders a bit less and it's a bit more stable. Not sure how it handles snow yet since it hasn't tried snowing in my area. The snow and ice traction prob won't be great like it is on real winter or studded tires. I have a set of the Crossclimates+ on a Corolla and the traction in compact snow and slush is decent but it could be better.

The best set of all season tires
I did not purchase the tires from Amazon, but their price is competitive — needed to replace old tires on very short notice. My family and I have owned over twenty vehicles in the last fifty years, driving more than a million miles combined. We became loyal to Michelin about twenty-five years ago and never regretted it. The last few vehicles road on Michelin Defenders (two current family cars still running on them). However, as an experiment, I put a set of CrossClimate2 tires on our 2010 VW Passat five months ago. This car is a backup to the other family cars and to run around town. The CrossClimate2 tires changed the handling so much, that I prefer to take this old car everywhere. The tires are quite, grip the road on dry pavement like a roadster. When the road is covered with rain, ice, or snow, the performance is better than any tires I have ever had on any vehicle, including our Highlander with Defenders. They are absolutely amazing! I will be putting them on other vehicles when the time for new tires rolls around.

Tire Killer
Newly living out in rural country and needing to commute pretty far to work, I decided I should finally get a set of winter wheels. My current set of all-seasons were at their treadwear limit as well. That said, I was discouraged at how much that was going to cost between the tires and and a 2nd set of (even used) aluminum rims, until I watched some great detailed reviews of the Michelin Cross Climates. I was immediately impressed by the good reviews of snow performance, as compared to snow tires no less! Not to mention wet-braking performance. At last a truly 'all-season' tire with no compromises? I timed my purchase with Costco's Michelin tire special to save some money. I have had them on my CX-5 for about 2 and half months now and have been able to try them in all sorts of 'hazardous' conditions, including wet, slushy, icy, snowy, (all at highway speeds), and I have been nothing but impressed. Truly amazing traction, sure-footed performance. I have only not tried them in warm summer weather. Some people have complained about noise, but I certainly have not perceived any increase in road noise in my car, and mine is not a particularly well-insulated cabin. Though these tires are probably the most expensive tires I have ever bought, they saved me having to have two sets of wheels, and I think they have provided me with safer driving, so I think so far great value. Lets see how long the treads last.

Impressive d see now performance
The media could not be loaded. Performed better than expected at highway speed in a light snow. Never once did they feel like they was losing traction. I travel a 165 mile commute daily, these tires are performing perfectly so far. Only downside so far is my gas Mileage has dropped approximately 3 mpg .
