I have been taking these for some years and receive compliments on my skin condition all the time. I am 74 years old. After two weeks felt that my skin was more moisturised. My hair is healthy and my nails grow quickly and are very strong.

Easy to swallow
These are a good size fairly easy to swallow capsule. I have brought them to improve my eczema but as yet haven't seen any improvement but I have only been taking them 2 weeks...

I use phytoceramides in the winter months as they seem to help my dry skin be in the cold weather. If I don’t take them my skin seems much drier
