Needs reducing bushing for most small plasma guns.
Good quality. Guide wheels are a bit sloppy. Good vertical adjustment.

Great Plasma Guide
This works well with my small 50A plasma cutter. I clamp a guide on the workpiece for a straightedge and this roller makes easy straight cuts a snap. It has a small retainer screw and will fit different plasma tip sizes.

Seemed like a neat idea, but not really.
I wasn't sure I really needed this since I generally just drag the tip across the metal, usually at a slight angle, and can hold it plenty steady that way. However, it seemed like a good idea and if it were to help me make better cuts, then great. Unfortunately, that first impression was a mistake. Even forgetting the difficulties with getting this mounted up properly to your torch and adjusted for length, how often to you only cut in a straight line and only from one direction? I know I cut all sorts of shapes and around corners of angle iron and the like. Never do I always cut in one direction from the same orientation. I have to position myself at whatever orientation is convenient to get to the material and then cut towards me, away from me, sideways, or at any other odd angle based on what I'm doing. If I really want a straight line, I clamp a piece of angle iron on as a guide. Thus a wheel that is designed to only roll in one direction relative to my torch handle isn't terribly practical. Granted you can slide it sideways but the chances of catching on something and jumping/bouncing and messing up your cut make that impractical. Not to mention, having this thing on there and blocking your view means you're going to have even more difficulty following a mark on your steel, and forget using a guide! So while this seemed like a great idea when I pushed the button to order it, I realize now it was just a waste of money.

Not super precise, but good enough to do the job
This is a useable and useful roller guide for plasma torches for which it is a correct fit. The materials and construction quality are good enough to do the job, but you are not likely to put this on the wall as a piece of shop jewelry to show off. But, if you just want to get the work done this is pretty good.

perfect fit and nice to have
This was so simple to put together and mount to the plasma handle. Rolls nice and smooth and does not bind up.I gave it 4 stars just because to adjust the height you have to use a screwdriver it should have thumb screws like the ones to attach it to the plasma handle.other than that great price and worth it.

Decent
This roller guide works best when you have a one-direction cut that's in a straight line. Is it perfect? Not by any means. But it does help guide much easier than doing it by hand.I also agree with another reviewer that it would be much better with thumb screws rather than screws. Other than that, it's decent.
