Ideal size and depth for a head block
Identical to those used in my class. Don't understand review commenting on size being too small. This is a headrest to keep neck aligned while doing matwork and, as such, the ideal size

Smaller than you may imagine so check the size.
It is smaller than I thought. I obviously didn’t clock the measurements properly. It’s also quite hard. I probably won’t use it but as it was so cheap I am not that devastated 🤷🏾♀️
