Love it! Lighter than honey. High fibre, low cal.
Fantastic! I find honey a bit dense and too sweet - this is so light and mild. Love it! Can only have 1-2 teaspoons a day though for obvious reasons as one teaspoon has 3g of fibre (equivalent to a whole serving of Fruit n Fibre cereal)! And only 9 calories a teaspoon. Top tip - mix a teaspoon of chicory root syrup with a teaspoon of cacao or cocoa powder (keep mixing - it doesn’t look like it will turn to paste but it does) - makes a delicious chocolate sauce. I use this to coat a few dates for a sweet fix

Good honey substitute.
Very nice flavour, not as sweet as honey but a great substitute if you're following a keto or diabetic diet. I use it in baking and dressings.

Good sweetener alternative
The syrup itself taste good and of the right consistency, however it came dent and leaking in the package quite a bit seep out so I had to transfer to a squeezy container, which would be a better option than the jar, wouldn’t have given 5 stars but the packaging loose a star, but I’m not put off as it’s a bonus in helping with my fibre intake and not too sweet either.

Great honey/syrup alternative
wasn't sure what to expect with this, but was pleasantly surprised. its consistency is a little bit runnier than honey, and just tastes exactly like syrup. very nice with some greek yogurt, for example. would recommend regardless of whether or not you're on keto etc, it's a genuinely great honey/syrup alternative.

Low in sugar, tastes lovely, a winner
Wasn't sure what to expect but this is a winner. Tastes lovely, very light and crucially for me its very low in sugar. Way less sugar than honey and other syrups than maple or agave. Plant-based which is an added bonus as I'm vegan. If I had a criticism, it would be the price for the single jar, but I've since started buying the twin pack, which is better value. A great option for keto too.

High FODMAP
What a shame. I liked the product and thought I'd get it monthly. I know for Men it's healthy to have 35 grams of fibre per day. Was hoping this product ticked a couple of boxes being fibre and sweetener. Unfortunately gave me a severe gut/gas production reaction won't go into more details. I could eat anything when I was younger but it looks as if my body has altered, 54 soon. Hope people benefit from this product though even though I cannot 😕.

Substitute for honey
I’d seen this was recommended to use instead of honey and it is. Not quite as thick or sweet as honey and has a slightly more floral taste but it’s nice. Probably wouldn’t eat it on its own but it works perfectly as a substitute ingredient in recipes.

Delightful taste
Excellent taste and sweet enough for me with zero synthetic aftertaste. However, downsides are:?very expensive for a tiny jar which doesn’t last long at all if used every morning for example. Secondly, plays havoc on guts (as do most sweeteners for many people). Bloating, gas and loose stools even after one week. Nonetheless, if your gut adjusts and you the money then it’s worth a try.
