Fun but flawed
This is a fun game to play with the kids. It helps them learn left and right and the value of numbers. Unfortunately, mine shipped with the wrong amount of flip cards (7 left, 7 right, and 7 flip instead of 6 left, 6 right. And 9 flip) so it created a stalemate while playing with 4 people.

Great party or classroom game
Easy game (meaning it is not complicated for kids to catch on to how it works). Great for numbers review in a classroom or at a party. Kids ages 5 to 12 played at my son's birthday and it became pretty competitive, but remained civil. Lots of laughter! Great game!

Simple and fun game to reinforce L/R and # values
Our 5 year old grandson loves to play and picked up the rules quicklyUpdate.....didn’t notice that game shipped with wrong amount of flip cards until played with 4 people then no one could win so that’s a bummer

Fun for a variety of ages!
This is a fun games and can be played by a variety of ages . We homeschool the children and it helps the beginners recognize numerical order and who has the highest number (from 1 to 60). While having to pass your cards to the left or right was perfect practice for the toddlers. Not to mention the fun tension it caused having to pass your high number and hoping to get it back. It's a quick game to learn and have on hand.

Fun for All Ages!
I ordered Turtle Flip for my grandson's visit. It was a huge success! When he and his family returned home, they ordered it for themselves, since they only visit here a couple of times per year. Being a family of teachers, we all appreciated the educational value of it, but we all agreed it was just fun too. It is a quick game and easy to learn. We have found RoosterFin to be a wonderful source of family games.

Very scale-able. Can modify to play with even younger kids, and increase difficulty with age.
We bought this game for our 4 year old daughter, although its age rating is 6+ I believe? The great thing is that this game is easily scale-able. For example, as our daughter continues to learn to visually identify numbers, we play with the cards face up and after each player gets their cards, we go around the circle to identify each number and make sure she understands which numbers are higher than the others (and which is highest, so she knows which one she's trying to get in front of her to 'flip'). We also only play with cards numbered 1-10 (the game comes with 1-60). As she gets proficient with 1-10, we'll add more number cards. Also, we play with all players trying to get the highest card in front of our daughter (since we play with all cards face up, this helps her understand the logic behind moving cards around the table). All of that to say, after only playing three times, we can see how age-versatile this game is (older kids will play with their cards hidden, adding the elements of odds and deduction) and have already seen our daughter grasp the concept of getting the highest number in front of her using the left and right tokens. Great game!
