Great dairy alternative, excellent accompaniment to espresso created coffee
I was given a carton of this barista milk at a vegan food fair. I have not used dairy in coffee for three years and prior to trying this product I had settled on using hazelnut milk as giving the best combination of taste and froth. This product wins hands down for me on both taste and froth. I couldn't find it at my regular supermarkets so opted for an Amazon subscription. It is also far cheaper than the chilled hazelnut milk I was buying previously.

I really wanted to like this...
I really wanted to like this, a sustainable milk substitute from the UK. (So compared to other similar products, an even lower carbon footprint for me.)It is a mixture of pea milk and oat milk, and tastes like it, which I don't mind.It has a light brown colour, which I didn't find off putting. Similar to oat milks it won't turn your tea/coffee as pale as milk would, so don't judge how much to add by colour! The BIG thing I don't like about the Barista version I bought, and the reason I am only giving 3 stars, is that it doesn't froth. It says it should, but it just doesn't. Doesn't matter what temperature or how long you froth it for, it can't hold a single bubble (my frother works fine on other non-dairy barista milk substitutes). I can't understand why you would take a product to market which so clearly doesn't do what you claim it will (gives eyebrow raised shrug). So essentially you are paying more for a pea/oat milk blend than if you just bought a non-barista version. Given I wanted it for frothing, I would not buy this again.

Mighty Pleasing
Impressed! It tastes different (obviously) to dairy, and takes a little bit of getting used to but I like the taste. I’d say it’s slightly nicer in coffee than in tea, but overall pretty good! Looking forward to cooking with it.

Tastes amazing
Taste amazing, love it in coffee, tea, smoothie’s and hot chocolate. My Daughter love it for dunking Oreos too. Would recommend. Only issue would be prices changes on Amazon. However cheaper than supermarkets.
Y**.
Does not froth at all in my coffee maker.
i bought the Barista version to get a good froth for my cappucinos using my machine. There is no froth wehatsoever, it is just plain milk!

Not a great taste
Bought to try it, have had the wunda pea milk before which tastes nice and I like coconut milk so thought I would try this whilst it was on special offer. It isn't disgusting but it's not a great taste. I used lots of hazelnut syrup in my coffee to try and offset this. Will not buy it again.

My choice
No milk, nuts or soya just plant based and oats.Used now approx 4 years for tea, coffee and cereals and would not go back to milk.
