Very Good all rounder screen. Bought 2013 Still in use 2018
I live in Australia and when I ordered this screen I was worried that the voltage would be incompatible with our standards but it has a universal range so don’t worry if you are buying this for overseas use. I did need to buy a new electric cable from my local electrics store as the one it came with had a Japanese plug ( the end that goes into the screen is universal). Screen arrived well packaged and on time from Japan. It has a good rotation angle and adjustable height and at the back it has a handle that you can lift the whole screen to wipe the dust on your desk easily. The screen is light weight and has speakers. I play Wow, watch TV series on my PC and do all my work on it. The screen has met all my expectations so far. It has 4-5 pre-set modes for movies, games, Eco etc. so you don’t have to sit there and adjust your settings each time. It comes with a remote control and does NOT have any other MENU buttons on the actual screen apart for the volume adjustment so DON’T lose your remote. The menu for adjustments is mainly in Japanese on screen and on the instructions in the box but you can download an English version of it. Frankly, apart from the first couple of days that I went into the menus out of sheer curiosity I have never touched it since. This screen is really plug and play and a good all-rounder.

Nice monitor
Recently built a smoking gaming computer, so obviously I needed a smoking monitor to go with it. After doing my usual extensive homework on the subject I went with the Foris FS2333-bk. So far so good. Put this thing in gaming mode and started playing COD ghosts. I read one blog online and the guy was saying it has some kind of "military appearance" to it. BULL. Looks like any other monitor to me until you power it up and use it. Nice, very nice. Little spendy for sure, but you get what you pay for. Quality.

Fastest IPS for gaming
Just upgraded myself from a 2006 NEC 20WMGX2 20" 6ms AS-IPS display. I had my doubts but this is a great monitor. Great default color, better calibrated color, 10-bit LUT and 8-bit output. 4-7ms GtG, 945:1 static contrast ratio, 0.8ms input lag, no dirty screen AG coating. Perfect AG coating in a semi-gloss style. Eizo quality and backlight uniformity. 99.9% sRBG, 77% Adobe RGB. Sits stably on desk with decent adjustment options. No better game/ photo/ all around display out there. I waited years for something that hits all these notes.

very good monitor
I had this monitor for a while now, and am very impressed by it, very easy to setup, also includes screws so you can wall mount it, )I've used the provided base) its nice to tilt and rotate the monitor. the colour is amazing,When you get it, it will be set to eco mode, which may make the monitor dim, you need to use the provided controller to set the mode, I use user1 with a reduced brightness, but make sure you don't damage or lose the remote, the problem is, without it, you will lose a lot of functionality if you do. As the controller is used to switch modes, which there are a few, adjust the brightness, and more. I'm using a DVI cable, not bothered with HDMI, even then I wouldn't use the twin speakers on the monitor, a bit pointless if you already got a nice speaker setup which I have.I can't really fault the monitor, so I can easy give it 5 stars, even if it was very pricey, but I think if you want a nice monitor, you should pay a bit extra for quality. not sure what else to say, very happy it with it

Best monitor I have ever had
I wanted to get a monitor that was both capable of handling photographic images AND games - there were plenty of big old screens out there for this kind of money, but after reading the reviews I decided this was the only real contender for the job. Several months later, I have not been let down! Black really is black & the colours are superb - putting it alongside 2 other large LCD monitors I have only makes it look better still. It has a specialised gaming mode that really lets you pick out detail in dark places - playing an Aliens mod for the game 'Killing floor' with my son saw him running around nearly blind in the dark while I could actually see what was coming for us!All in all, the quality reputation Eizo has is well & truly deserved - if you have the need, this is the screen for you.

IPS is amazing.
Looking at this monitor for the first time was like watching my first film in HD, or my first Blu ray film, I was amazed. Its so clear the colours are so vivid, I watched a HD film and was blown away by how good it looked. I played TF2, Metro 2033 and Old Republic, the colours and dark's are phenomenal. Any one that tells you IPS monitors are not for gaming in most cases have not used an IPS before. I chose Eizo due to reputation as one of the best IPS manufactures and I was not disappointed the quality shines through. Amazing. If you are a gamer or watch films or want to do photography this monitor is for you. Stunning

Do it
I upgraded my LG monitor (£150) for one of these bad boys. Yeah it's a good £100 more but I wanted something good for gaming and movies. It works impeccably for both, and the remote controller is more handy than I expected. You can change the mode of the monitor, I really paper mode, it's great for reading or browsing online. Easy on the eyes. The stand is good (much better than my LG.What can I say, it's incredible. So pleased I took my time to research and find this beauty. I was originally after a 27", (my LG was a 24") but I figured I would downsize for the quality. Can't recommend it enough.

IPS colour and TN speed? look no further.
For the last 7+ years I have gamed on a TN monitor for my consoles due to the fast/crisp image response times, but now I play casually and i have learnt a lot more about monitor panel types. I wanted something with accurate colour and TN speed, since then I have bought multiple IPS and VA monitors with no luck and the motion blur (after checking all settings/overdrive) on all of them was really obvious. this monitor has strong/accurate colour AND TN speed, Overall the 23" screen does not look obviously smaller than my 24" (most '24's' are actually 23 and a half anyway so dont let that put you off, you simply wont care or notice)It's not cheap by any means but my search for the perfect monitor is over, If you are in the same boat as me buy this monitor, you will love it.Make sure you keep the overdrive settings at 'standard' and that you turn all Eco modes OFF with the remote.
