I was looking for a muffin tray that was bigger than the standard fairy cake ones, and preferably one that didn't necessarily need muffin cases. These were the right price, and fitted the bill re: cases, being silicone.When they arrived, I was a bit taken aback because they were MUCH bigger than I was expecting, but nevertheless, I mixed up the new breakfast muffin recipe I wanted to try (high-protein, low-carb) and had a go.It worked beautifully. Although the mixture looked a little sad and lost in the tray when I put them in the oven, they rose perfectly and cooked evenly. And turning them out was easy - I just let them cool a little then upended the tray on the cooling rack. With a little encouraging poke on the base, they simply dropped out.It remains to be seen if they carry on behaving so perfectly, of course, but at the moment, I'm very happy with them.

I've used this five times now, and I'm unconvinced. Its not bad at all, but its not great either.Its so floppy that it needs a metal tray underneath it in use. More of a tip than a complaint.It can take the high heat of an oven, but it lacks the thermal mass of a metal tray- so you don't get a good sizzle on the batter mix.It is also very shallow- so you can't get much oil or dripping in the tray first - and I'm sure that a good amount of fat in the dish makes the batter bubble and thus influences the shape and texture of the final Yorkshires.The taste is the same, but the shape is a little too regular and circular than you'd expect from homemade.It is however completely non stick and dishwasher safe.I'm not one for waste, so I'll keep using it until it wears out, but I'd probably look for a slightly deeper, metal one with a high quality non stick next time. It was a fair price, but I was hoping for more.

Wipe and clean nicely. I use these for low carb cheese cloud bread and they are amazing. Never used for Yorkshires as I find them too wide for that!

Very easy to use no problems

Bought these for freezing eggs in as I keep chickens and have surplus eggs in summer but not in winter, perfect when cut individually, each cup holds 4 eggs

Nice set of good quality mini brownie trays. I did by for my duel air fryer but unfortunately the mixture would not cook in them and just burnt on top with an uncooked gooey mess at the bottom. Maybe silicone too thick? Will try in the oven next time or maybe just use for fudge.
