Superb Device
Could not work better. Used 3/8" polyester rope to form a loop.Unfortunately, I received one Super Rope Cinch --- I expected FOUR. And as far as I am concerned, I am owed three more.The item’s title “Super Rope Cinch Tie-Down Set” uses the word “SET”. And the stated item package quantity is FOUR.The seller cannot be unaware that confusion regarding the quantity being shipped will occur when the words “set” and “Item Package quantity: 4” are used.This is the sort of thing that produces bad blood toward third-party sellers on Amazon. It’s reminiscent of the deception that commonly occurs on eBay.A simple rule regarding third-party sellers on Amazon: If the quantity being sold is ambiguous, DON’T BUY.

1 for 2 works great!
I ordered 2 of these for my boat. One works great, the other was assembled wrong and won't "unlock". No amount of fiddling will unlock the cinch, even with a screwdriver. I gave up and returned the defective item.

No way it can handle 750 lb. load
This is a nifty device for light loads, but advertising that it can handle a 750 lb. load is complete BS. I used it on my hammock and sat in it and it exploded immediately into about 20 pieces. I weigh 200 lbs lol.

Only got 1, description says 4 in the package.
Description says "Item package quantity 4" but only got 1 piece, will be returning. Beware other answers that state you get 4.

I’m terrible at tying knots and these cinch great! They are kind of clunky looking, but I can't argue with the performance for securing and cinching ropes easily and effectively. I wish they came in different sizes and colors.
