I’m reviewing on behalf of my husband. He’s a musician in his early 70s, and has developed arthritis in his hands, on top of Dupuyten’s contracture. He looked forward to retirement as his time to finally play his guitar and compose just for himself. So he was horribly discouraged by these painful barriers to playing his music. I knew that warming would help loosen ligaments (I too have arthritis after 30+ years at computer keyboards), and was looking at warming pads. But I saw these warming mittens. They really have functioned perfectly. He wears them for a bit before playing, and can play for far longer before discomfort sets in. He also now uses them before going to his golf lessons, as the warmth helps him keep his grip relaxed. Best purchase on a gamble that I’ve made during this past year!

I have used several types of knee braces. This is my favorite. The fabric feels good quality. The Velcro has a plastic cover that’s great because the ones without keep loosen/tangle then I have to fix it again. The other I like is the second small ice pack that cover area behind the knee. I have another one similar design but with out ice pack and it cause discomfort without cushion of ice pack. The gel packs can be used in freezer, hot water and microwave. It is naturally cool that as soon as I put it on my knee is very cool and feels great. So far the best brand I like. The only thing I really hate to have two small Velcro as it creates more mess for me but it seems unavoidable for me to use the small ice pack so that’s tolerable.

I have been recently going to therapy for arthritis in my hands . They suggested Heat for my hands . Hard finding. Right warm pack .These gloves have two packs that go in a pocket on these plush soft mittens . You put pack in freezer or microwave.

UPDATE!Seller reached out after hearing of the issue I had with their product and offered to send me a new pair and let me know they have revised their directions for heating only 20 seconds.I received the new therapy gloves and they worked beautifully. I’m sure they will continue to work as expected with the new instructions.Very happy with product and customer service.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I absolutely loved these the first time I used it right out of the box. Heated as per instruction: for 1 minute. The gloves are SUPER soft and comfy! The heat stayed a good while and helped my hands.However, wanting to use for a 2nd time and I again heat as directed: 1 minute 3 of the 4 packs pop. (I heated 2 first and they popped so I added 1 pack and right as microwave had 1 sec left it also popped.) I’m really sad they popped as they were great for my hands.

One of the warming packs blew up in the micro after several uses. The outside glove is nice and soft, and when filled with the heated pack feels excellent on my hands.

The material is very nice, well made and cover just past the wrist. Cold surrounds the hand and wrist 360 degrees. I used it with my broken hand. It was easy to mold into the shape I needed. The pair can be used anywhere on the body, but slipping the hand in the MIT is real relief.

Had my thumb and wrist operated on and these were absolutely wonderful since I could not go to sleep with a heating pad on my hand and moist towels became cold after 5-10 minutes which then became detrimental to comfort and healing these were really the only solution. So glad I bought them. Great quality and value. My arthritic hands even after my surgery are so grateful after a long day of using my hands at work. If you have hand pain these are so easy to use and heat up quickly in the microwave. They retain the heat so much better than water bottles or moist towels. You’ll never regret buying them.

These gloves are a nice addition to RA therapy regimen. I purchased bc hot wax is too hard for one person to manage. I like the outer fabric, but I wish the insert could be heated inside the glove. It is difficult for me to put into glove after I have heated it. Also, heat does not last as long as I would like. Otherwise, a good product. I will definitely continue to use.

These are such a help with the pain of arthritis. They stay cold for a long time and I use them every night while watching tv.
