Q: Can this be used on the Eye lid? Does it help with droopy lids?

Yes is for entire eye area. No help for droopy lids. Only surgery can do that unfortunately.

Q: does it eliminate bags under your eyes?

It does help minimize the appearance of bags. No eye cream can make them permanently disappear, but this does help. At night, apply cucumber slices or chilled tea bags- the natural tannins help ease puffiness. Then apply your eye cream.

Q: If this can be used for eyelid why does product info say it's for "under-eye"?

Yes on the back of the box the directions say massage a small amount of eye cream under the eye,on the eyelid and around crows feet until thoroughly absorbed. Use twice daily. Morning and night.

Q: does this have a scent?

Nothing that I could tell. If it does it’s extremely faint. I highly recommend this eye swirl too!!
