Real Review Here, Not a Paid Review.
Watch out for the fake or paid reviews. This is a real review from someone that paid full price based on the stupid fake and paid reviews. You will notice at the end of most of the 5 star reviews will be "I was sent this product at a discounted price for my unbiased review." All these people are given a discount just to give them a 5 Star review. I bought this projector to take with me on camping trips and also outside movie nights. The truth is this is not the best sub $100 projectors out there. With other projectors in the same price range and include wireless, I would not pick this one after owing it and using it for about a week. The projector is hard to focus...well it’s not hard to try to focus it just hard to get it to focus 100%. You can get it to focus on the top, middle, or bottom of the screen, just not all at the same time. Colors were really off, but you can play for hours adjusting the colors to get them better. The fan is noticeable in a quiet environment. Guess it has to run at full speed (only one speed) to keep it cool. If you are watching a movie it fads in the background, but you can still hear it sometimes during quiet parts..Once you get used to it, you kind of forget about it. The lumens output was fine for a dark room, it did not even have to be 100% dark but the darker the better. I did like the size of this projector it was pretty small, not tiny like the mico projectors. The speaker is like the ones that come in a laptop. It was good enough but you would not want to watch a movie with a lot of action or music over this speaker. I think that is pretty much the case with all projector speakers so I knew that going in. The built in media player worked fine playing the movies on my flash drive but even with 16:9 the format was always off and the people, cars, etc. looked out of scale or squashed.... The biggest issue I had was with the focus and the scaling of the different movies I tried. So this is my take on this projector…And on a side note I wish Amazon would put a stop to these “paid reviews”…if you notice these people give every product they review a 5 star rating.

Loved it for small group presentations
Had this for almost a year and it has never worked, not one single time! It does not connect to any HDMI, TV, USB, Phone or anything else. I have searched on-line for a users manual, phone number, email ect. to the company. They are in China and have no informaion.

Plays very well with good quality! Would buy again
For as cheap as it was, I thought it was going to be poorly made. But actually it is a very decent projector! Plays very well with good quality! Would buy again. Built in speaker is kinda ruff but does have a AUX port to plug into a speaker!

Very portable and easy to use but low spec
This review is for the projector without WiFi, a sample of which I received at no cost for testing and review purposes. A useful small, lightweight and very portable projector which can easily connect with a range of devices. We haven't had a TV for a long time and I was interested in a way to view DVDs with a larger image than my computer screen. The optimal projection distance for this is probably around 1.60 m giving a picture of about 100 x 70 cm, so not huge but quite adequate. In the box: the projector, power cable (rather short, 1.10 m excluding the plug), RCA cable, HDMI to HDMI cable (1.70 m), remote control, and a very basic manual in five languages: English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. The projector is very easy to use and there are options for refining the picture (contrast, saturation, etc.). Navigating the menus is intuitive and becomes effortless with a little practice. I tested it with the included HDMI cable connecting to a laptop and a desktop pc (both running Win 8.1). The interface is a bit clunky due to Windows' handling of the double screens, but not the projector's fault. I have some reservations about the quality of the computer cable. When first connected to my laptop, playback of a new DVD was choppy to the point of unwatchable. I then used another HDMI cable I had just bought (AmazonBasics) and there was no problem at all. Playing video from a flash drive through the USB port was much easier. The flash drive is read like an external drive on a computer and the folders are accessible via the remote or the buttons on top of the projector. There is a Keystone adjustment wheel (to correct the screen distortion caused by raising the front end) but it does affect the clarity of the corners. The ports are mostly at the back: a slot for an SD card, HDMI port and a blue VGA. The USB port is on the side, next to the video input and there is a standard 3.5 mm port that allows connection to outside speakers or headphones. This is a welcome option as the on-board audio is limited and not helped by the fan noise. The positive points are:- reasonably wide range of options available for connectivity- ease of use- small, really portable size- moderate priceThe weak points are:- the picture quality, which is only okay- manual focus, can be hit and miss- plastic construction, and the power adapter felt a little hot- the fan noise, which is rather noticeableOf course, one has to keep in mind the specs (800 x 640 resolution, 120 lumens which is fairly low) and, on the plus side, the price which makes this an accessible purchase for home use. The makers state candidly that this model is not suitable for business applications. For me the best way to make the most of this cute little projector is with USB drives or connected to a DVD player. I didn't have a suitable SD card but that would also work well. The photos were taken from moving video projecting a DVD onto a beige wall, so I expect one can get a far sharper image with a proper screen or even a white wall and, of course, still pictures would be even clearer. As long as your expectations are not too high, I would class this as a fun gadget for convivial occasions and certainly very suitable for kids.

wrong info on lumens....now fixed
product listed as 300 lumens but it's only 120 which was a selling point. It's an average to good projector besides that. Gripes would be -hard to go into normal play mode after fast forwarding a video; pics from an sd card go into slideshow mode and haven't yet found a way to freeze on one pic...... update...seller fixed lumen info and offered free upgrade replacement though I opted to keep this one for it's ability to read an SD card. All in all, a nice projector for the price and size.

Nice for the price
It works fine. It is easy to set up and use. The sound from it isn't very loud. I bought a speaker to carry the sound better. The picture is good. but has to be VERY dark to see it. For the price it is what I was expecting. I am happy with it overall and would buy another one.

Good for the price
This is a bit confusing to use. I had to read and reread the directions and I am pretty tech savvy. Be prepared to have to have ready a lot of cables, depending on the output, etc.

I'd definitely buy this again!
Great projector for a great price! The size makes it very portable.
