Disappointed
I had no problems ordering or receiving the wall mounted toilet (really well packaged) but was saddened to discover that the box did not contain any mounting fixtures and as these are part of the load bearing design of the frame (already in the wall) I was forced to order a replacement from a different source which set my own bathroom refurbishment back a couple of days.To be fair I think this was simply an oversight and had I had more time I would’ve probably got the missing kit sent out.
