Works well if you can get past the taste. Excessive amount of food coloring to be ingesting! Hid the kava earthiness.

I expected them to be stronger. Maybe it's because I already drink kava a few times per week. Your mileage may vary.

Tastes really good, I like to enjoy in the morning with my coffee. I’ve taken lots of kava and this is the best one so far. Kava has a reverse tolerance so for new users they should start with a different more inexpensive version. I would say this is for people who have been taking Kava for a while.

I read the reviews and was excited to try them but was disappointed. I take another kava shot I get from a local smoke shop that works great and was hoping this would be the same but honestly seemed to make no difference at all in mood or anything. Never got the numbing sensation it describes on bottle and that other kava tends to give. Don’t like the red coloring either. Hate giving bad reviews and maybe it’s just me but probably won’t buy it again. Feel like I wasted 30$

Didnt really feel anything....taste wasnt terrible...was hoping for more of a true wellbeing feeling and didnt get it

Calms mild anxiety. Works best on an empty stomach.

What I like is it’s calming effect. Really works great. A dislike is the taste. Definitely should try mixing it as they suggest. For me it is bearable. But if you purchase, do not expect a fruity after taste. But I’ve purchased twice so far and will purchase again.
