The function of it is ok and as described but after some use (ie a few weeks) the ridge making contact with your neck starts to fall in slightly due to the foam material. For the price I would say this is quite poor.

It looks ages to come and when I received it I was surprised in a bad way,as it was a tiny piece of hard foam,without even a proper package, already chipped and that actually gives my neck more pain. It definitely doesn't worth the money I paid

This thing saved me a trip to the chiropractor. I work at a computer all day and my main hobby is gaming, so I am setting at a computer about 12+ hours a day. About 2 months ago I started having intense neck pain to the point that I could not move my neck at all, and it hurt even when not moving my head. I tried a cervical roll, a cervical collar and one of those inflatable cervical traction devices, they did not really help. This Cervical Orthotic Traction Block was about the final thing that I was going to try before attempting to make an appointment with a chiropractor. When I first started using this block it relived the pain mostly only while I was using it, for the first few days I used the block for several hours, much more then the directions say. My neck pain had mostly subsided after about a week, and I was able to go back to work on reduced hours. I kept using the block for 30 min or so each day for a couple more weeks. I also made my computer setup more ergonomic by raising the height of my desk and monitor and I started practicing better posture. I also started sleeping on a cervical roll pillow. I have been back to my usual 12+ hours a day at a computer for about a month now with only minor neck issues. I just use the block now whenever my neck bothers me, for just 5-10 min at a time. My only complaint with this is that I wish it came with better instructions on how to use it, a QR code and URL to a good video would be ideal. Anyway, It can be placed on several spots on your neck, I find the best place to be right above my shoulders, then I just lay on it with my head touching the floor. You use the removable peaces to adjust the pressure that is being put on your neck. I started with only the main peace at first then switched to one extra layer after a couple of weeks. Overall I highly recommend this thing, it seems to be far more effective then anything else that I have tried.
