the camera itself works fine and i love it. the film that came with it was just bad

I recommend this camera for kids and for young teenagers - with some reservations. The pictures are not great, but the kids will have great fun. At $19.99 the price is not an issue. Where Polaroid makes money is on the sticky back film. It can get expensive to buy the film real soon. This is the main reason for the three stars. Should Polaroid come up with a cheaper film I will be happy to revise my rating.

My friends and I love to use this camera when we go out on the town. Its lightweight, and its easy for us to trade the stickers, no more fighting over copies! And the different colors help us keep our cameras straight! I love to decorate my house and car with the pics of my friends all dressed up and ready to go out. It is affordable enough that if we were to lose them (cross your fingers..) it would be okay to replace. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves spontaneous shots, and is Highly Fashionably! Buy one to match all your outfits.

I love this camera but I bought it and also could not figure out how to get photos to stick. I called toll free polaroid number and they explained there are 2 types of film. Plain and one that says sticky..but this camera is a blast! Very fun! Just need to know if you want photo STICKERS..BUY STICKY FILM!

This is a cool little camera, but it's a good thing it comes with an intro pack of film..out of the 6 that I took, only 3 came out because I didn't pull the film out right away. The instructions don't really say this, they just have illustrations, it would be nice if polaroid had specified this. If you're ordering off of amazon, definitely pick up some film, you'll need it.

When I got this camera I went picture crazy! It's like being a little kid! I took pictures of everyone and everything and stuck them everywhere! Which is probably not the best thing to do at first. You have to realize that the film is almost as much as the camera. With 12 pictures on each role, they go fast! But I wouldn't trade it for the world and I'll keep buying the film and keep taking cute little pictures of everyone. The camera is small enough that you can take it in your purse and use out at nightclubs. I have the start of a wonderful murial in my office. All the faces of my family and friends are stuck right next to me on my wall in a colorful pattern. Don't sweat the film price, it's just too much fun!

The camera is great for kids! Easy and fun to use. The camera should come with more detailed instructions on peeling the back off of the film to get it to stick. We've gone through roll and haven't figured it out yet. It is a fun camera for the price.

This simple little camera will be a huge hit at weddings, parties, goofy weekends hanging out with friends and family, and everything in between. I have a silver izone myself but gave 2 of these clear red ones for Christmas: fun and festive presents that I know will get lots of use. It would also be a wonderful gift for Valentine's Day, not only because of it's hot fireball colour, but because you and your honey can use it to record all kinds of happy moments together all year 'round.
