Mega BloksTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Party Wagon Building Kit

Awesome product! Mega Bloks has improved significantly in terms of overall quality and design. The van is really colorful and reflects the cartoon's tone with the bright green and yellow pieces. Definitely sturdier than the LEGO products, which while really attractive, have a tendency to separate more easily. The bricks here lock much tighter and stand up better to children's play. May be a bit difficult for kids to build though, as the bricks need more pressure when pressed together to hold. The build process was pretty easy overall, but the instruction manual could be improved with larger, more detailed pictures. Minfigures of Raphael and Shredder were included and are super-articulated and detailed. Highly recommend!

Toys "Mega-blocks" are very appropriate for children learn to follow instructions and to make manipulations soft with their hands. Unfortunately the turtle ninja are decomposed immediately because their system is too fragile.

Comparing this to the Classic Party Wagon, the set is rather pathetic. It is probably more to scale with a real van and it's cheaper which is good. However, it's a lot fewer pieces, a lot smaller, and there's barely even room to have two turtles inside it. The front tires are much lower than the back ones so it catches on carpet when moved. The action feature is OK, but it's hard to aim the tire. The door has a really tiny ledge which is difficult to fit the turtle onto. All in all, it's just sad looking by comparison. On its own though, it's an OK set. Just not one I'd ever have paid full price for. I'd rather get the turtle mech instead, so long as you have all 4 turtles it's much more interesting looking. This one is probably more fun to play with though.

Difficult to put together for my kiddo with pieces not quite fitting together as nicely or intuitively as other building block brands (cough, cough, Lego, cough). Also, the bandanna on turtle fell off so many times with normal play and then finally broke. Luckily, my son didn't care but I was preparing for a melt down on that. Overall, it's fine and one the few places you can get TMNT set, but not as great as other brands.

Es dificil de armar para niños de 6 años, pero igualmente le encanto a mi niño.

Mon fils de 4 ans est ravi, les "lego" sont de très bonne qualité et il y joue tous les jours depuis qu'il a reçu ce coffret.

Quality mega Blok set, easy to follow instructions, fun to assemble and even more fun to play with! Can't go wrong with this purchase :)
