I needed offset wrenches and I've found Duratech wrenches to be good products, so this was a no brainer -- and they work great! What else is there to say? This company makes good wrenches for affordable prices -- sturdy, smooth and friendly to your hands.

I let a friend borrow the set I had and he liked them for the job he was working on so I bought him a set. Initially I was looking for a 15mm offset wrench but for the price of this set you can't go wrong, way cheaper than snap on or mac tools and very sturdy and well designed. Just buy them and you won't regret it.

Work on the hydraulic suspension of the LX570 requires access to some tricky recessed bolts on top of the strut towers. Without a good set of 75 degree offset wrenches, it’s just not getting done. I bought these wrenches to do that job and they performed flawlessly. These wrenches have strong steel that doesn’t deflect when loosening tight bolts, smooth chrome finish that’s easy to clean after dirty jobs, and well-cut box end drives that fit very closely to the bolt heads and grip securely. The roll pouch is high quality as well. I can’t think of a single thing they could do to perform better. They’re not just “good for the price”, they’re just good, period. If you're working on your engine these are great for hard to reach spots. Had to replace a/c condenser. A lot easier with these. Saved money.

I needed to replace ignition coils (coil over plug) and spark plugs on a 2005 Lincoln LS Sport (3.9L DOHC V8). anyone who has done this will know how difficult it is to get the bottom 7mm bolt off the valve cover near cylinder #8. This is when I hear my dad's voice in my head "you need the right tool for the job!". These offset wrenches were EXACTLY the right tool! I looked at Craftman set at Lowe's, but they only started at 8mm. This set starts at 6mm and had the perfect amount of clearance for this tricky spot (see photos). note that a socket won't work because there is a round metal casing that limits clearance above this bolt. Admittedly, it sucked turning this bolt a 1/4 turn at a time with an enclosed wrench. but no other tool I own would have worked in this spot. this isn't a set of wrenches I will need everyday, but when I do need it I'm glad I have a set!!! I bought the chrome set, they look good, I didn't have any problems with the wrench slipping and the roll up case is a very nice touch that will make it much easier to keep this set together. the only reason I score versatility low is because I would much rather use a socket for everyday use... these wrenches are more special purpose for tight areas that just won't work with anything else.

The wrenches appear to be of high quality, with an perfect amount of lift. I find these superior in most every situation to standard box end wrenches. They are ideal for many bolt heads and nuts where access is a challenge. Time will tell if they hold up under heavy use, but they are exactly what I was looking for so far.
