Excellent replacement so far.
Installed yesterday. Looks great and worked and fit better than the old raggedy starter I removed. I’m a believe in oem parts and DENSO and Mitsubishi are the oem supplier for this application. I went with a DENSO renewed and couldn’t be happier. It seems like it makes less of a whiny cat sound and more of a whiny large dog sound. It’s definitely stronger. Starts in half a turn vs holding the key for several seconds. When these K series Honda starters fail, it mimics a dead battery. High resistance I assume. Mine would crank so slow we kept hunting for a cause. It was just the starter. No need to look further. Make sure to unhook the battery and then carefully remove the intake manifold. We didn’t unhook any coolant hoses to do it. Just dangle the the throttle body to the side. All the gaskets came out clean and didn’t leak before or after. We reused everything but the starter and it’s perfect.

PRIMA FACIE GOOD
This is one of those, it's too early to tell. I just installed it and prima facie appears to be a quality item. However the orignial starter lasted 13 years so, we'll see. I'll be sure to post if this thing fails before 13 years is up....
