This rug is a great look, and I love the dense, flat texture of it; it's perfect for when you want something on the floor without adding the soft pile of a normal rug. I also really like that it's available in square sizes, which is perfect for my roughly-square bedroom. With a mat under it to add cushion and prevent sliding ( Epica Super-Grip Non-Slip Area Rug Pad 5 x 8 for any hard Surface Floor, Keeps Your Rugs Safe and in Place ), it's a very comfortable addition to the room. I haven't tried it without a mat, but based on the texture, I think it would slide around really badly without one.I took off one star because of the wool scratchiness. It's perfectly comfortable to walk on, either with or without socks, but not comfortable to sit on, even with skin completely covered. I can feel the scratchy texture through thin to normal weight clothing fabric like T-shirts and leggings, so I wouldn't suggest this rug for an area where anyone is spending much time on the floor, like a playroom or living area with children, but if you never sit on the floor or just occasionally (I put down a throw blanket to sit on), then this is a great option.The only other problem is trying to get the curled-up corners to lie flat, but I'm thinking that's just a temporary issue. I think the texture and thinness of the rug make it more inclined to hold wrinkles and bends from being rolled up or folded over, but I think those should relax out. I love the texture in general, and the fact that the rug is reversible and more lightweight than a rug with backing is an advantage.

This rug appears to be a very good quality wool rug for the price. The size and style is perfect and exactly as described. My son even spilled pink antibiotics on the white part (gasp!), and to my joy it came right out with some spray and wash and a gentle scrub with warm water. My only complaint would be that it is somewhat thinner than I anticipated, and due to the fibers in the wool I am having trouble getting the rug to stay in place with double sided rug tape. I am quite sure a rug pad would fix this, so that is on my list of things to order next.This is a gorgeous rug - I just recommend using a pad with it for ultimate perfection!

I love my new rug. I am only concerned about the tracking of dirt and cleaning. I have a Master Gardener husband and a 2-yr old Lab! I will know soon. I am sure if I am home to keep track of the messy men in my life there will be no problem. But I love the feel both aesthetically how it makes my room look even more light and airy. Either way, I am not sorry for the purchase. It is beautiful and exactly the look I was going for.

Works well in grandson bedroom , only improvement would be to have a rubberized backing to prevent movement.

The rug looked great but smelled terrible. As soon as I laid it out on my floor I started having an allergic reaction--runny nose, itchy eyes, sneezing, etc. Two hours later I rolled the rug up and put it back in the package. Almost immediately my allergy symptoms went away. Unfortunately I had to send the rug back.

Wonderful, reversible. Replaced an 8' round rug... thus 8' square rug looks MUCH bigger in space.

The rug is beautiful and great quality for the price point. I we'd finitely recommend and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Beware, this thing is pinker than it looks in the picture. Unless you're putting it in your baby girl's room, you're probably going to hate the color. Definitely returning.

Esta alfombra es una pasada. Queda genial. No tiene apenas grosor y no pesa, pero es fácil de aspirar. Comentar que las esquinas se doblan hacia arriba todo el rato, debido a la falta de peso. Aún así me gusta mucho, es muy elegante.
