No sponge
This is cute. It’s perfect in a small area but the sponge was missing and wondering where I can get one at. Anyone have any ideas??

Missing Sponge & Chipped Roof; The Replacement is missing the nectar cups
I'm not sure how I'm supposed to soak the sponge when it's not included. The roof probably wouldn't have been a big deal, had the sponge been included, as I was led to believe it was.I just got the replacement today. (Super, quick shipping as a plus - the only plus.) Maybe you should slow down and check your work though. The replacement feeder has the sponge, but no cups. Seriously?! Luckily, I haven't returned the old one yet, so I will grab those nectar cups before returning it and call it a day. And never order from this company again.

Quality
Cheap. Idea is good, but does not work well. More of a decoration in the garden.

Great but didn’t receive full product
Nice size and unassuming in backyard but did not come with the sponge included

Not boxed, broken on arrival. We fixed it ourselves.
We were disappointed. Item was not boxed, just thrown into a box with another item. On top of that, it was broken. My husband glued and fixed it, so it’s fine now. You get what you pay for, and this was a cheap, and cheaply made item.

Don’t buy!
The media could not be loaded. I should have read the reviews. This came unwrapped and thrown in a box with another box. It’s wobbly, no sponge and one of the little vessels was missing. Basically a pile of crap.
