Stopped the squealing noise on Jeep YJ
I had a terrible belt squeal and couldn't fix the problem even with a new belt. I found the OEM plastic pulley was worn and cracking around the center hub of the pulley. This new all metal Dorman pulley solved the problem and should last for many more years. Highly recommended.

Improved design.
If you've worked on these Jeeps before you know what a pain the power steering pump pulleys can be. Still a pain to pull and press the pulley, big difference is this is a improved design, with I believe it was three openings instead of being solid metal. The benefit is you can now remove the pump from the mounting bracket without having to remove the pulley first. The openings allow access to the bolts that the pulley would otherwise have to be removed to get at.

Worked for 1994 YJ Wranger
Remember not to put it on too far or else a belt squeak will develop. You will need a pulley puller/installer (NOT BOLT TYPE) to pull and push this pulley on. Check for cracks on your 25yr+ original now! Remove your belt and spin it around looking for splits.
