Good sound, like it much...

Ordered the product the first time and it was missing the foam base that keeps it stable on the ground. Got it replaced, and the 2nd product has the same issue. Pedal quality and tone is decent.

I bought this Donner Blues Overdrive pedal to use with my acoustic guitar and Fender Acoustasonic 40 amp. Unfortunately, it did not work as expected. Even after trying different settings (high gain, high level, different cable positions), there was almost no noticeable overdrive or distortion. The sound was nearly the same whether the pedal was ON or OFF. At best, it adds a very slight warmth, but no real crunch or breakup. This pedal may work better with electric guitars and electric guitar amps, but for an acoustic guitar + acoustic amp setup, it is not useful. If you are expecting a clear overdrive or distorted sound, you will be disappointed. Build quality is okay, but the sound output did not meet expectations for my setup. Recommendation: Do not buy this pedal if you are using an acoustic guitar with an acoustic amp. It is not suitable for that setup.

I compared this with my $300 OD pedals and it was 95% as good. This pedal is great. I had it in my board for a week. If I didn’t have my Fulltone and Wampler pedals, I’d have kept it on my board. I’m thinking about selling my Fulldrive 2 and replacing it with the Blues Drive. Boutique tones for $29.

I used this with a Fender Stratocaster running through a Hughes and Ketter amp and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this pedal. The build quality is very solid for this price, and definitely feels much more satisfying than the plastic enclosures Behringer has been using. Very often cheap overdrive pedals may sound great in a live setting, but are too noisy to use in a professional recording setting. That is not the case here. I used this over the weekend to track some guitars and this pedal will help round out your clean tone, or drive your dirty channel, without adding additional garbage to your signal. I'm really into stacking overdrives at subtle settings, so I will absolutely be getting another one of these.

コスパ最強といった感じ。 安いのにしっかりと、オーバードライブの丸くてロックらしいサウンドを作ってくれます。 クリーンめなサウンドを歪ませるときはhotモード、歪んだ音をブーストするときはwarmモードを使うのがおすすめ。 欠点としては、音が曇りがちなのが気になるので、TONEのつまみをかなり高くして調整すると良いです。 温かみのあるソロや、pop〜JROCKのバッキングに使いやすいと思います。levelやgainを上げればパンクなどのかなり歪んだ音も表現できるので、値段の割にかなり応用が利くと思います。
