I don't understand the previous two low reviews. I was given a box of these by my urologist after prostate cancer surgery, and have bought three more since. As far as the first review; Did you remove the backing for the adhesive on the front of the pad? If you did you would have found that that stick just fine to underwear fabric. The "capacity" of the pad is just as good as any supermarket brand on the market, and the design allows you to stay dry when you are lying down. Granted, they are pricey; about $1.40 a piece vs $.50 a piece for the supermarket brands, but to me they're worth it.

Immediately following prostate removal surgery, my husband did not think these were sufficient. It doesn't have a way secure way to adhere itself to underwear, and it wouldn't stay in place while he was walking. I think in time, they will be fine if he just wants to feel more secure about any lingering or temporary incontinence, but for the first few weeks, he was needing more security than what this could provide.

Since my husband is disabled and can't do much at all for him self.. I am his full time caregiver, I simply DO NOT like them..
