I'm just getting started using this wand, but so far I'm quite impressed. I've already decided I like it better than the Epson Workforce product line, primarily because its much more convenient for people who need to scan on-the-go. I'm using it for business, and so far my clients are pretty impressed by it as well.My only issue is it's too hard to remember how to set the time stamp, which needs to be done whenever the batteries get changed. I simple video on a youtube channel would fix this.

I purchased this scanner so that I was able to scan odd shaped documents more easily. Took a minute to get used to as the scanner would sometimes get stuck on the top of the document and I would have to stop and rescan. The only thing that I wish I would have looked at before purchasing is if there was a wireless version so that I could instantly upload instead of having to use an SD card or plug it in. You can't see the document immediately after scanning to see if it came out clear or not. I finally put the tower from my computer on top of my desk so I could plug in the SD card easier instead of having to climb under my desk each time. It works great for what I need it for. In the long run, it was a great solution for my specific needs.

I had another scanner, which I paid around $60 bucks for. I had it for four months, and just a few days into the 4th month, the USB plug broke out of the side and fell off inside the scanner. I was very upset, as it started out to be the very best scanner. So sadly, I gave it up as Amazon's warranty ran out. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they don't make that scanner anymore, but someone from the company called and told me to send it to someone in the US. They couldn't fix it, so I looked and analyzed all available scanners on Amazon, and finally chose this one. It's been great so far. It does everything I want it to and I've considered getting the extended warranty, just in case. As you may know, this scanner is a little more pricey, but I figured that with the warranty I can't go too far wrong. So far, so good. I'd recommend it, but you just have to do your due diligence when selecting a techie device!

Overall it seems like a good product, I like the fact that it came with everything I needed to get started. I used it to scan pictures and store on my computer. Totally satisfied with the results; the scanned pictures were good quality. The only problem I had, and almost returned it, was that it does not always work on the first try, or sometimes even the second or third try. The scan light comes on but only stays for a short period then stops scanning. It is frustrating but I don't use it on a regular basis so I just adjust my impatience and it does work better after it warms up; or so it seems.

The Scanner is very light and easy to work with. However, if your hands are shaky or the surface is not completely flat the scan quality won't be great. For me it is a small useful scanner that I can carry with me if I need to and since it works with batteries I can use it in any country.

I liked that it was easy to use & fast. It was also very simple to upload to my picture folders on Picasa. Downside was that the quality of the pictures are definitely not as good as my HP OfficeJet copier/scanner that I have even when though I put the setting to high resolution. The screen is very tiny so it's hard to read & every time you turn it off & turn it back on you need to readjust the resolution setting. I'm disappointed so I'll be sending it back & going back to using my HP scanner which takes a little longer. This scanner would work better for documents.

This hand scanner works very well, and fulfilled my need for a page scanner.

This copier is easy to use and pretty simple to understand.The only problem I encountered when using it was finding the best way to stabilize what I was copying. It made clear copies and the photos that I wanted to save came out very sharp. I'll enjoy using this copier anywhere I need it.
