Good thing is that when it hits the right muscles it really does work.When it comes to charging it takes around 50minutes or an hour if you use it till the battery's die and has been stimulating muscles since I'm stuck at home for a few weeks now and I don't look as big now compared to before I started using itWhen it arrived after a few days when I bought it there was already gel pads on it with a few extra which was nice.My only complaints is that I wish that the strap that comes with it would cover the whole abdominal instead of it being partially covering it since the gel pads do tend to not always stick and I don't want to check every five seconds to make sure that it is still sticking.To sum it all up this is a great piece of equipment if you are stuck at home and want to improve your figure then I definitely recommend this and hopefully they will make the abdominal strap bigger in the future then I will change my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars

I didnt get the part that goes all over your body to help it sticking. However ive made my own as it is impossible. It is always unsticking to fast, holds it self before gets warmer.I would like to add thet from all settings there, are only two that work nice and feel good. YET MUCLSCLES ARE NOT BEING STIMULATED EQUALLY. It hurts like hell if you fut it anywhere rather than MID abs and your legs. Everything else feels like electric sting. Which is rather bad for your health.Used it for a month pretty much. Had no effect what so ever apart from first day-to-four

Expected the abs pads to be effective like the arm / leg pads. Useful that the batteries are rechargeable. The abs pads receive too little charge at the highest setting, whereas the arm pads receive too much charge even at the lowest settings. Would not waste money on replacement pads. Perhaps a better belt to hold the abs pads in place, together with a better power unit would make this device useful.

lost stickiness on gel pads in under a week. they just do not hold on to skin at all. very unhappy.

Not good quality, within eight days of delivery the gel adhesive ness is gone. Very poor quality product and waist of money.

Device is very stiff plastic and the pads are not that sticky

Is it supposed to vibrate because it’s not doing that😕

Have just received this and this is what I got in the boxArm and abs pads with belts to secure, 3 way usb charger (not the white pug as shown, this was my own) instructions and three power things that attach to the pads (not sure what they’re callled) I really like that the sticky pads have come in sealed packages inside the box.I’ve put in charge and will try out later
